Sleep & gender?
Hey me for atomic I think, I知 just curious as to whether there is any correlation between the amount of sleep/uninterrupted sleep someone may get and gender when ttc?
My son suffers badly from night terrors so I知 often woken a few times a night and to top it off, he痴 also an early riser.
Based on your theory surrounding the different environments which may help in determining gender, would you consider this a factor?
Sorry, like I said, a random one!! But I keep wondering so had to ask!
Thanks in advance!

I am also interested in hearing Atomic's thoughts on this. Ive read lacking proper sleep can hit on women's fertility. I used to read until 4 am sometimes using my phone and I had difficulty in conceiving and when I conceived it was DD2. So during my sway for boy, I made sure I got proper sleep in the night, even with my little one waking up once during night.

Yes, I do think it can be a factor (would sway pink) and when I conceived my daughter I had very bad sleep. The catch is, I think it really has to be a pretty extreme sleep disruption...I've never been a great sleeper, it was just that before my daughter it was TERRIBLE. So a little sleep disruption may be enough for your body to compensate for it.

That may influence something, who knows ? Usually, I sleep only 6 hours a night. As long as I can get them somehow, I'm not bothered going to bed as late as 3am. Before I had my DDs, I could go to bed at 5, sleep til 11 and be okay (especially in summer). Now I sleep more. May be because of supps, idk ? The more I take them, the sleepier I get.

Wow that is interesting!! I do notice I'm very responsive to diet in terms of having restful sleep. The magnesium in multivitamins has been shown to help with restful sleep.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
