Coffee...TTC a girl
So I read that coffee is a part of the girl sway but does that include Frappuccino or just black coffee?

Hi hun, I might be wrong here but I do think just black coffee for low cal intake.
However if you made a frappuccino your lunch or your main meal I guess it's ok

Black coffee is best but if u need to have it with milk: sugar etc then add it part of your meals

Frappucino and lattes and that sort of thing are fine, but if they have more than 50ish cals or so they need to be with a meal. I doubt there is much of benefit in Frappuccino type drinks, though, they're mostly milk.
You don't have to have black coffee, though. We do allow some form of whitener (cream, milk, nondairy creamer, aalmond milk, that kind of thing) in coffee, though. But don't go nuts with it...obviously a latte that has 1-2 cups of milk in it and then just a shot of coffee really IS a meal and should be with a meal. Count calories in them too!

Ok thanks, I normally don’t drink coffee because I don’t like milk but I can tolerate Starbucks Frappuccino in the bottles but it has 190 calories.
