Drop shallow release first. It is the single worst thing for conception people do. I would have you give it a go with one attempt for at least one month without shallow release before adding attempts.
FR every four days?? What do you mean by that?

Oh wait I figured it out - you mean just release on his own every 4 days, right?? Don't change anything about that, that is fine

Sorry, I may have the terminology slightly wrong? He is releasing on his own every 4 days to try to lower his sperm count without risking getting me pregnant (as might occur if we tried just using condoms, and maintaining regular sex).

Yes I figured that out after I had hit send but I was distracted by an emergency cat box scooping LOL
Just to clarify, releasing every 4 days does NOT lower his sperm count. The true FR (which is releasing daily for 7-10 days) does lower sperm count - but unfortunately has not proved reliable for swaying anyway. Doing regular release every 4 days is actually good for sperm count, and while that seems like it ought to be a bad thing for swaying pink, it actually works quite well because it ups the chances of getting pregnant with one attempt (which does work!)
So I would have you ditch the shallow release and keep everything else the same.

Are you nursing?? We may need to relax some on diet to coax your cycle back.

I am nursing but honestly diet has been non existent. I’m vegetarian but definitely a “fast food” vegetarian. I probably could nurse her less but I figure until I can get my eating under control I’d probably rather keep my period at bay and try to catch a first egg(?)

I have a dumb question, but how long do the effects of a workout last? I read somewhere you like stairs for boy sways... I have to decorate my Christmas trees which takes several days and requires a ladder and countless trips up and down a ladder. Silly but should I be concerned?

I never recommend altering your nursing pattern for swaying because they're only little once and for all we know you may not even be able to get pregnant again (it's always possible, even after having kids). I hate to see anyone cut their nursing short, or even changing it beyond what they're comfy with because it is such a special relationship.
Fine to keep doing what you're doing and just wait for the first egg.
Don't worry about the stairs. That's not exercise. That is just normal life. Please live your life as normal, and keep doing exactly what you're doing with your holiday decorations.

Thank you!! Oh I definitely wouldn’t quit, I just nurse her all day like it’s an all you can eat buffet, she totally uses me as a pacifier and probably should get more baby food anyway. Is there any amount of cinnamon or spearmint capsules you think are safe?
Again, thank you for absolutely everything you do!! I honestly still can’t believe I have a daughter and am constantly asking my husband if she’s real and if we really get to keep her!
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
