Help with Motivation around Ovulation + Before Period
I’ve been doing good on LE diet but all of a sudden lost control today. I feel ashamed like I blew it. My cravings were so intense I binged an ungodly amount on biscuits, pita bread, waffles clearly crushing the limits ...I guess I can restart everything and TTC later. Is this normal?

Yes it's totally normal. The best tactic is to decide what you really want to eat, and have that, rather than to try to string yourself along eating "good" foods because you'll end up eating just as many if not more calories of those things and not be satisfied. https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...tml#post959784
