Not able to excersize
I don’t know what I did but my hips have been absolutely killing me lately. I’m in the 2 ww and have some symptoms but they could also be pms. I haven’t been doing the best on my sway since my loss but now not being able to work out on top of not doing too great on my sway is wigging me out. I’ve been able to walk for about a half hour a day without being in a ton of pain, would that be enough? Or should I just not work out at all? At this point I don’t want to think I’m pregnant just because of the symptoms and then them end up being phantom symptoms.

So correct me if I'm wrong but you have a fair amount of weight to lose, right? In that case you need to do exercise even if you can't get up to the full amount. The benefits to blood sugar control are so huge with mod exercise you need to do it even if you can't get up to the 60 6-7 reommendation.

I do have quite a bit of weight to lose. I have been walking around pretty consistently but not for the full 60 mins. I have been trying to aim for 40 mins but wasn’t sure if it would sway boy. I will continue to do as much as I can. Thank you for letting me know!

yep you're in the category where I want you to exercise even if you can't do the full amount.

I’m so happy my hip is starting to feel better. I don’t know what I did to it but I’m up to 50-55 mins. Going to go back to the 5-6 days a week!

Oh good, glad to hear it! I often have irritated hips and have ever since I was a teenager. They just get out of whack for a few weeks and then go back to normal again.

I always have knee issues from years of playing volleyball. Never had hip issues so I was flabbergasted lol injuries suck! Especially because I actually enjoy the cardio part of the sway now that I’ve lost more weight!

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
