How important is exercise when swaying?
Hi everyone! Hoping someone can help guide me a bit on this
I'm hoping to sway girl soon (I have two boys) and was thinking of trying in October, however I also have an event in October that I'd like to be a little more toned for but I know weight training sways more towards boy.... so would it be worth waiting to start my sway in October looking to conceive after awhile on the girl diet, or is it not too much of a big deal? I'm going to purchase the plans soon but wanted to find out first so I know when to start!

I definitely think it sways more blue to have alot of muscle.
Even though I swayed pretty hard,I still had so much muscle from weight training.
I got a boy that try.
This time I am 3 years from having seen the inside of a gym, definitely lost alot of muscle tone and got a girl

Swaying Advice Coach
It's important but I do think you can get a girl with any level of exercise (even some toning) provided you've lost at least a bit of weight on a lower protein diet.
First and foremost I'd do what is right for your family. I would not postpone attempting thinking to have an "ideal" sway because for all we know, October was a great month for you to get a girl and waiting might actually reduce your chances! Ther'es just no way to know short of having a crystal ball so I'd follow your gut instinct and do what's right for your family.
