Halt is excersize
The last few weeks I’ve had a half in excersizing, only about 3 times a week for 50-55 minutes. Between back to school, family vacation and just life it’s been really on the back burner. Diet has been decent except for vacation and some cheats here and there.
Anyone have a period of time where life just got in the way of your sway and still got a girl?

I’ve really been trying, this weeks I haven’t been able to at all, other then the walking I do for grocery shopping etc. It’s just been so hectic and I’ve been hoping it’s not a huge deal. Hoping next week will slow up so I can get back to my routine. This weeks looking like only 2 days

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
