Almond milk
I tried to drink my coffee with almond milk instead of normal milk as there are so so many successful sways using almond milk. I had the "pure" almond milk without added sugar and I just can't drink it. To me it tastes like plastic. What kind of almond milk do you guys drink? Maybe there's a brand that tastes a little better...
Or would it be okay to use almond milk with a little bit added sugar on the PCOS diet? Or just eat some almonds instead?

Hey. What if you add artificial sugar? I also cannot drink it with the almond milk. (But I've only tried the one without added B vitamins)
I guess sugar isn't good if you really do have PCOS? But maybe if it is just a little and with a meal it's fine? Or maybe the artificial? Maybe that would be better.

I drank the Alpro one when i did the pcos diet, they have roasted and unroasted almond milk, i had the roasted one and liked it so never tried the other. If you can find them might be worth giving both types a try

I would just have full fat dairy in your coffee. There is no benefit to having almond milk in your coffee.
Many kinds of almond milk are high carb and should be avoided on the PCOS Diet, so if you guys plan to use almond milk make sure to get the low carb kind. Unfortunately it's the carb ones that taste good.
There is nothing magic about almonds. Almonds are fine to eat on LE Diet within limits, but don't start eating almonds thinking it helps your sway. The reason why almond milk sways pink is almost certainly the high amount of veg oil in it and NOT anything to do with almonds themselves.
So, I think you should just cook with vegetable oils and then use full fat dairy in your coffee.

Yes yes, for the love of criminey PLEASE do not drink almond milk in coffee and then add sugar to make it palatable!! That is ony going to sway blue. Have whatever option that enables you to avoid sugar as much as possible on the PCOS Diet. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...ype-diets.html

Thanks for your answers! I just ordered almond milk with 2.1% added sugar. Is that too much @atomic? I had a failed sway and was drinking about one cup of regular milk when swaying. So I thought changing this could maybe help my next sway...

Roasted almond milk sounds really good! I tried to find it here in germany, but I can only find this one which seems to have added vitamins like Vit D. So I think I shouldn't use this one either :-/

I can promise you your sway did not fail because you had a cup of milk. We have people all the time have far more milk that who have girls. It's limits that matter and a cup of milk can absolutely be had on the pink diets.
How many grams of sugar? Percentages are not helpful since I don't know what percent it's referring to.

Most almond milks do have added nutrients to make it closer in nutrients to milk.
I looked up the Alpro and it was ok by me.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
