Lol thank you atomic. If you put it this way I feel silly for even thinking about it. I think I'm just searching for things to make different this time. Although I know I most likely just belonged to the "unlucky" 20% last time.
Those are the nutitions of the almond milk I had ordered. I hope it's clear with the percentage of sugar, unfortunately I could only find it in german... Would that be okay to drink maybe a cup a day of on the pcos diet?

No please don't feel silly, I say it that way to help you realize it's just a minor thing and not to belittle your feelings at all. It is only natural to go back and think of things, but no one's sway ever comes down to one small detail like that.
That amount of sugar and carbohydrate is fine for nearly everyone on PCOS Diet. Just be careful you're not having that plus lots of other sugar and white flour products.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
