Thank you @atomic sagebrush
I am definitely interested in the plan! Sorry to be a pain but can you please provide a link for the plan so I am getting the correct one?
Also the 21 diet book I am very interested in that too.
Okay great! I will stick to the one attempt! I believe in it and think there is science to it. I honestly would love to know the story behind one attempt if you have the time to?
My BMI is 21.5
No my weight has always kind of stayed steady even on diets or excercise it takes a while to lose.
No I have not really noticed a change to my irregular cycle with weight loss or exercise...I should have paid more attention, my periods are always just all over the place.
My periods have never stopped on me though.
I have researched myo and it seems to come with a lot of benefits I could use now even if I was not TTC I would have got some.
I can get very moody I know from hormones and I have a lot of chin and jaw acne (gynecological/hormonal acne) and for regulating period and ovualtion.

I am looking at Zazzee myo-inositol on amazon tgat has great reviews (especially the veggie caps) they do have a powder form which is just myo-inositol.
The veggie caps obviously have more ingredients should I get the powder to be safe for sway?
Capsules contain: cellulose (vegetarian capsule), cellulose powder, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source)

What you would probably want is the TTC a girl bundle and you can find that here (sorry there is not a specific link to every plan) https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php The TTC a Girl Bundle comes with the 21 day diet plan. Once you buy it you'll get access to the questionnaires and it's there you'll fill me in about the PCOS and any other needs you have and I'll tailor your plan accordingly.
Since your BMI is pretty low I'm inclined to skip the myo and just see what the diet does, but if you really want to take it we can. Just keep a VERY close eye on your weight as once you guys hit BMI 21, I like you to stop losing deliberatey and try to hold steady where you're at. BMI 18.5 is my absolute minimum cutoff (and there are really not that many pounds between 21 and 18.5, believe it or not) so by cutting off weight loss at BMI 21 that ensures you have a margin for error if the weight keeps coming off at first.
To use the myoinositol I would have you take 500 mg daily from AF - O, and then every other day from O-AF. Don't take those very high doses some people take, I think you run the risk of messing up ovulation if we take too much. At BFP, gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them.
That other stuff in the Zazee is fine, that's no big deal, it's just how pills are, but I am wondering the dose?? I don't want you to take a very high dose because I think it could backfire on you, so I'll go double check.

Yeah that's 2000 mg per capsule, too much for you IMO. I would rather you did the powder so you could reduce the dose.

I've been using it for pink sways because it lowers blood sugar and improves egg quality for several years. I'll see when I make your plan if I think it's indicated for you or not.
Testosterone has never been definitively proven to sway blue, and furthermore 90% of everything said to "raise testosterone" online actually does nothing for testosterone unless you're on a program designed to raise testosterone via diet and exercise and lifestyle changes. There are very few supplements that really raise testosteorne on their own.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
