LE DIET or LE DIET PCOS?
Hi there,
I have been diagnosed with endometriosis (I live Australia).
I have 2 boys conceived within 2 months and 6 months TTC (took 6 months for my mirena to leave my system, first normal cycle I got pregnant)
My last pregnancy was a confirmed boy through Harmony test but then miscarried 1.5 weeks later. - this was LE DIET sway.
Should I try LE DIET PCOS because my sway didnt work or stick to just LE DIET?
Which has better results?

Same here pinkbow.
So sorry for your loss...it's so hard.
2 boys conceived in 2nd month and 6th month ttcing and third boy conceived on LE Diet and MMC early in pg, very sadly...
I am not sure about what to do atm, will you try again? I am looking into LE Diet for PCOS now as I was never diagnosed PCOS (my ovaries look fine probably), but I show some sign of it. I was never asked to do bloods, so Idk for sure...
Best wishes and baby dust to you!

Thank you @ForeverRestless and sorry for your loss too!
Did you go hard on your sway? I felt like I did everything right and did the diet and cardio daily for 5 months before conceiving and 1 attempt on pos OPK.
Yes we would like to try again just want to make sure hubby and I have completely healed.
I'm wondering as that was our 3rd boy that it affects our odds too?
Thinking of you and pink dust all over you! x

You can go through my sway somewhere at the attempts section. Yes I did a pretty strict sway and I feel I did everything I could. Maybe too much??
Or maybe I just had bad luck, but It would be my 2nd failed sway, so I really feel there’s no way for us to have a girl.
No matter what, it’s the male spermie that wins the race every time maybe I am just destined to boys!
I am still on the mend too, last year has been very hard on me as I not only lost the baby but also my mom. So I am gathering some info and trying to figuring out how the pcos diet works but I did not decide anything at the moment.
About our odds, I think I read somewhere that after the 3rd of the same gender you are more likely to conceive an opposite.
Worth a trial?? hmmmm………
Pink dust to you, hon!!

@ForeverRestless, Yes I'm thinking I'm destined for boys too.
I'm 1 of 5 girls and all my siblings have multiple girls.
Oh my heart breaks for you!! You did have an awful year! I'm so sorry
Best of luck for whatever direction you choose x

ANYONE who feels they can stick with the LE PCOS type diet should be on it. We have gotten much better results and now I'm using it for as many people as I can. There are some people who can't stick with it, or will lose way too much weight on it, but yes anyone with endometriosis I always put on the PCOS-type diet, and anyone who got a sway opposite on the standard diet, should also be on the PCOS-type diet.

Even when you do everything right there is an upper ceiling on success that seems to be about 75%. That appears to be as good as we can get with swaying, even when people do everything right, even when people go really hard and have everything seemingly perfect. The good news is you can have a completely different outcome the next time!

Thank you again @atomic sagebrush!
Please don't think I was bashing GD or anything it stands for.
I know how much effort you put in to achieve girls dreams.
I believe in it so much I am back again...I just didn't think I would be that 25%.
I would definitely be doing PCOS I took the other diet very seriously for 5 months, I believe I can do this to get my girl.
I'd like to look into a PCOS plan so I am doing it 100% right. Can you tell me what's involved in the plan?
Also to my other post RE: should I throw in my one attempt and try e4d or stick to one attempt (that you responded to) if you were me, with the diet change would you try e4d or stick to one attempt?
Also, I'm looking at myo inositol and coq10 to get a more regular ovulation and improve my odds. Is this a good idea @atomic sagebrush?
And in Aus it's hard To get Pregnitude can you recommend another?
Thanks so much!

No, not at all, I just like to explain that!
The plans come with everything BUT diet (they have some personalized diet tips) and then I help you via the coaching forum, where I help you personally day by day, to work out a diet that will work for you using the foods you like and are accustomed to. You can also get the 21 day diet book which some people find helpful but it's not necessary.
I still like everyone to start off with one attempt. Although e4d has gotten good results, I feel the one attempt is more proven and so I like to be sure everyone has given it a shot with one attempt. (I"m happy to tell you the whole story of how we learned one attempt swayed, and why I have faith in it, if you would like me to). But e4d has been very pleasingly successful too.
Coq10 is fine for anyone to take, but I need more info before I can say if myoinositol is right for you. What is your BMI? Do you have trouble losing weight or does it fly off very easily? Is your irregular cycle seemingly linked to times when your weight was low and you were exercising a lot, or not?!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

oh and all Pregnitude is, is myoinositol mixed with folic acid. So you can sub in any myoinositol instead of Pregnitude.
