That stuff is ok for either diet because it has no carbs. Many of the milk replacers (and yes oat milk and coconut milk are both what I call "milk replacers") are carby and are better off avoided between meals for everyone, and always for those on the alternate diet. But if it has zero carbs it's ok for everyone between meals, and also ok for alt. dieters.
