Does overeating on the day of BD ruin my sway?
Hello
I am on LE diet for about 4 months but unfortunately I overate on the day of BD
Is it going to affect my sway since my blood sugar will rise too much?
I am blaming myself for doing this
What should I do?

No, it doesn't matter at all. If doing anything for one day could possibly make a difference, we'd only do diet for one day!
We have a lot of data by this point that shows 2-4 WEEKS (not even days, but weeks!) on diet did not do much for swaying, even though nearly all the people who dieted such a short time were incredibly strict, and those who had 12 weeks or more on diet got much better results even though many of them were much more relaxed over time. So given that it simply cannot be that one day makes any difference at all. Even O Day - and many of us notice a huge boost in appetite on O Day so it's probably hormonal and out of our control, meaning that everyone has that, boy and girl moms alike.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
