PCOS LE and struggling with meal ideas
Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone wants to share what they eat on PCOS LE diet? I’m struggling a bit with it, worrying I’m eating too many nutrients or something that will raise my blood sugars. What kind of bread do you eat? I’ve been eating wholemeal but not even sure if that’s ok.

You need to let go of the idea of "too many nutrients". Aside from protein, fat, and calories, plus fortified foods, nutrients in most foods like whole grains and fruit and vegetables ahve not swayed and are fine to eat.
Whole meal bread is fine. It's the same as whole grain just ground up a bit better. It's the white refined grains you should avoid.
