Is it ok to use things like tomato paste, passata ect? Tomato paste has a lot of sugar and a don’t now if its allowed te the Pcos diet.
And another question, what about alcohol in the 2ww? Do we still continue that?

Yes that's fine. I am talking about sugary foods like candy and cookies, not sugar that is added to savory foods.
It's up to you. Most people give up alcohol at ovulation and I'm fine with that. A few people continue till BFP. The safest way is to stop at O.

Technically garlic is said by some to raise testosterone so the old school sway diets had people avoid it, and I figured since it's possible to avoid, hey, why not. But I do not think it actually sways at all. You would have to eat a LOT of garlic or take supplements plus eat a very blue friendly diet for garlic to raise testosterone, and higher testosterone has never been proven to sway anyway (this is much much less proven than people claim) and garlic is eaten by so many people around the world that there is little chance it could actually sway blue at all since otherwise we'd be swimming in boys!
