Yes, absolutely. I would honestly be recommending it for eveyrone since it's gotten such good results, but a lot of people will lose too much weight on the alternate diet, and others find it impossible to stick to and give up. But anyone can do the PCOS/alternate style of diet and it's great if you can manage

They're fine within limits, just watch the carbiness of them. If you have moderate to severe PCOS you may need to be careful not to over do it.

I do not recommend vitex except in rare instances. I prefer to see your cycles regulated with diet and exercise, as vitex often makes cycle irregularities much worse.

Yesterday I had my appointment with my fertility doctor and lied about my cycle and said they are quite long and irregular to get clomid. She thinks I'm not going to need it and I have to wait for the blood test and hysteroscopy first. she did a vaginal ultrasound and saw a cyst in the scar from my cesarean section. I don't know what this could mean? Could it be endometriosis because I was diagnosed with this a few years ago? I was a little disappointed that I probably won't get clomid. I had hoped to increase my chances of a girl with this. What should I do now? Is there anything that can replace clomid without the need for a doctor's prescription?

You should def. go ahead with the hysteroscopy. This most likely is nothing to worry over but they do need to check to make sure its not a fibroid or anything that could cause trouble.
You can sway in other ways and still get a girl. The Clomid adds only 3-5%, it's no magic bullet. They do sell the soy isoflavones but I don't they work very well nor do i think anyone with endo should take them.
Another option some have pursued is ordering online.

I really hope it’s going to be ok! I will give an update when it’s done.
Do you know which sites are reliable to get clomid? I just don’t now if I order it online that it’s actually going to be clomid and not something else.

I can't recommend sites. I don't have time to investigate things like that nor would I want to take on the legal liability. But as far as I know there are tons of legit sites and people have gotten Clomid and only Clomid and not anything else.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
