I MISSED MY LAST CLOMID PILL......advice?
Long story short. I'm on a 5-9 day cycle of clomid. On day 5 I forgot my last pill that day. So I called the pharmacy who said go ahead and take it.
Here's the problem. I said I've read online people who've forgotten on day like 4 or 3 etc. I can't find info of anyone who forgot their Last clomid. I went ahead and took it but do y'all think it threw anything off? The pharmacist was conflicted. Think it'll throw my ovulating schedule off???
Blech any advice????

??? did you forget the pill on CD 5 or CD 9?
What day did you actually take the pill?
Your ovulation is not at all predictable even if this hadn't happened. Clomid can and does change your ovulation from what it is normally, and you will often ovulate different days month by month when on Clomid. So there was nothing your ovulation schedule (either normally without Clomid or WITH Clomid) would have told you anyway, it's always going to be unpredictable.

Well, like I mentioned, ovulation is not that predictable on Clomid regardless, but it is most likely you will ovulate later than you would have if you had taken the pill CD 9 instead.
Personally, I would have just had you skip the pill since you'd already taken it 4 days but keep me posted on how it goes for you!

Instead of making another thread. I figured I'd just ask here.........I'm on cycle day 15 now. And I'm having pain where my ovaries are. But still having negative opks. Instead of the smiley opks I'm using clear blue lines. I'm only having one dark line. But ovary pain for two days now 🤦*♀️ I'm not use to using this type of opk.
They say when you take clomid it can make you ovulate up to 10 days after the last dose.......just wondering if maybe the ovary pain means its coming........just no 2 dark lines yet

Ovary pain can come before and after ovulation. I often get O pains for a week before I ovulate and a few days after. It's a misconception that it only happens right at O. It is also normal to have different/more noticeable O pains on Clomid.
Keep testing with the OPK, but if you're worried you can always have an attempt now to cover just in case. Then if the positive comes within 2 days, stick with the attempt you've had. If it's 4 or more days from now, have another attempt. And if it's 3 days, either follow the rule of thumb "for best chance of concepiton, add an attempt, for best odds of pink, stick with the attempt you had" or flip a coin and do what the coin says if you can't decide.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
