What's the best BD method to sway pink?
Hey all! I'm totally new to all this and I got off the pill and been following a girl diet for a month now. I am following a LE diet, I do intermittent fasting so I skip breakfast and I exercise at least 5 days a week. I do love fruit so I have strawberries, grapes and blueberries sometimes I hope it doesn't sway blue as I have it in moderation. I also have tea, pasta, rice, yoghurt, no salt and I am a huge water drinker so that's all I have and sometimes a glass of wine. For pills I take 800 micrograms of folic acid, I take magnesium and 1000 micograms of biotine. But the only thing I am confused about is BD, I have seen here that the shettles timing doesn't work and I'm confused on the method of conception and what to do. Currently I'm on my period and I have a regular cycle. Am I supposed to do it every 4 days or just once prior to ovulation. Totally confused as I'm sure diet alone won't sway pink. Can I get some advice?

Why are you taking magnesium and biotin?
The only thing we have found to work is having one attempt. Some people do this with Shettles timing, or with 7-10 days abstain before one attempt, or with 7-10 days of daily release before one attempt, but the only thing that has really seemed to work is the one attempt. So do one attempt, and then it is up to you if you want to try that with a 2-3 day Shettles cutoff and/or either abstain or daily release.
The every 4 days is something people do AFTER trying one attempt for a while, or if they have a very irregular cycle and can't get OPK strips to work. If you have a regular cycle I would start off doing one attempt and give it a couple months before doing e4d.

Hey Atomic!
Thank you so much for your response and everything you do. I am taking magnesium because I had a slight magnesium deficiency but it's already begun to correct. I wasn't eating so much before and didn't get the amount of magnesium I needed but it wasn't severe and I take biotin just because it helps my hair and skin grow and I've been taking it for like 3 months now, should I stop taking it? And I take folic acid as it was recommended to take it before trying for a baby and during you know.. Okaay I understand, I'm really new to all this terminology by the way but I'm currently on AF and we will be abstaining until I get a positive OPK. Do you recommend BD as soon as I see that positive or 24-48 hours and then jump and dump after 10 mins? Thank you so much!!

It's my pleasure!
Oh ok if you have a deficiency it's fine to take.
I would wean off the biotin in case it sways blue.
Yes I'd have attempt the night of the first positive OPK. jump and dump after 5-10 minutes.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
