Atomic, what do you think of trigger shot?
My doctor is planning to give it to me next cycle after taking femara again.

It's fine, doesn't seem to sway, and can also help you know when to have your one attempt (day of trigger shot)

Is it ok to take it after femara? I am not sure what medication my doctor is going to give me this time. I am planning to take femara even if she prescribes something else and I will not tell her. Is that OK? or the medication should be something different since she is going to give me a trigger shot! Today is CD1 and she asked me to see her cd 2 and cd 10. Can I wait until cd 3 and tell her it's 2? because she also wants to see me on cd 10 which is 3days after femara and she may not see any ovulation. I am really frustrated and I don't know what to do! Help me please

Yes! Fine to use trigger after having done Femara. She won't be able to tell.
Yes, it's fine to go in CD 3 and say it is CD 2. She can't know that.
If you go in CD 10 and nothing is happening yet, that is not unusual. She will just have you come back in another couple days. That's ok, while frustrating that you may have to have another visit, it won't be an issue. And you may have follicles developing at that point and they will say "ok come back in 2 days for the trigger" or whatever. Even with the Femara that is totally possible.

Does the trigger shot increase getting pregnant with twins?

We honestly don't know because most of the people who do trigger shots are on fertility medication. We believe that all the trigger shot does is release the eggs that are ready. no eggs that weren't going to be ovulated anyway would be released. But I don't have a study I can point to that proves that since the vast majority of people who do trigger shots are on some sort of medication that DOES up the chance of twins.

Atomic, I went to the doctor this morning and she prescribed Nolvadex again and told me not to take Femara. Today is cd3 and she wants to see me next Tuesday which is cd9.
She asked me to take it three times a day for 5 days starting from cd3.
I decided to take femara and I will not tell her.
what is she looking at on cd9?
She also prescribed Motova plus which is (L-Carnitine Carnipure as Levocarnitine tartrate 1000mg and N-Aceytl-L- Carnitine Biosint 500mg) twice a day for two weeks for me my husband. Is it OK? my husband refused to take it

Sorry, I know I'm late to reply to this, I was not able to get online much the past few days.
On CD 9 she will just be looking to see if any follicles are developing. She can't tell what you took by what she sees.
Please do not take the Motova. That has delayed and even stopped ovulation for women and sways blue for both men and women (though it is fine and safe for men to take)
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
