Deaks - promising signs, I hope it was implantation! I wouldn't get in to much more dialogue with the estate agent at this point. To be honest, unless you're in a position to actually make the offer then it's pointless. The other offer is no better than yours if they haven't sold their house (or have a wad of cash!) and if you can sell yours quickly and get back to them then yours is actually the only genuine offer on the table! Good luck!

I am swelling up - a bit alarming really as my next xx wide boots are cutting into me!

Re maternity clothes I got £130 worth of jojo things in their sale For £40 (they was not worth full price either!). I like to wear my normal tops and non maternity if I can. New look have some ok ish trousers but my fave with ds1 was Evans as you can get normal trousers but with elasticed waists ( size 14 and over though) I hate maternity clothes

You are so right. The annoying part is that we dont want to sell our house if we cant have that one as its taken 3 long years to get it perfect! I know we can always pull out if an offer comes in but i would feel just terrible as that person would probably get their hopes up. I just wish we could have had some indication as to whether its worth proceeding. Oh well!

Deaks when we was looking for our first house we viewed a place then that night the agent phoned us and said they had another viewing that day after us above the asking price and did we want to counter offer. We pulled out as we thought the sellers might hold us to Ransome later on. As soon as we said no, they called back in half a hour saying the other offer had been retracted and did our first offer still stand. Coincidence? I think not! Greedy sellers and we didn't want to deal with people like that. House was on the Market for a while

Feeling dreadful tonight....cramps, nauseus, back achey. 7dpo seems to be when i get alot of progesterone crinone side effects starting which always makes me wander if im pg. Anyway feel too rubbish to even think about it. yuk

I'm REALLY confused how many dpo I am as SP delayed O. I didn't temp so based on CP I think I'm about 4/5dpo.
