Most things can be part of pink or blue sways depending on the circumstances.
Coconut water - because it has a lot of potassium, we can use coco water in either sway. Blue swayers want a lot of potassium, and pink swayers sometimes have a hard time getting adequate potassium for their health on the sway diets, so we use coconut water as a way to help with that, too.
Hibiscus tea - could be used for pink or blue sways in moderation no more than 2-3 times per week.
Lemon water is considered blue friendly (esp. at that intake) because it may help make a lot of EWCM and some believe it is alkalinizing.
Vit C - probably sways blue since nutrients across the boards sway blue, but others believe it helps with pH. It's a bit of a tossup. I let some people use it for pink sways if they are worried about pH as it's benign without many side effects.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
