Jump and Dump
Hi Atomic,
Do you believe in jump and dump.
As we only have one attempt keen not to do this, what do you think?
Thanks V

Hi Vic, I'm wondering the same. I've been ttc for 2 months, and the first month I did jump & dump and I did not get pregnant. Idk if it was the other sway factors I added (shallow release, rephresh) or what. This month I had one attempt and laid down for 5 minutes, but the timing was too far from ovulation. Next month I
want to make sure that I get pregnant. My question for Atomic is: will it harm my girl sway if I lay down for 30 minutes? I will be having one attempt at first positive opk but I don't know if I should lay down longer than 5 minutes.

Jump and dump did seem to add a little something. It very well may just be a fluke but it has stayed consistent all this time, slightly better than one attempt. Your call to make.

Shallow release has never been proven to help and cuts odds of conception HUGELY. I would drop shallow release and keep J and D for another month.
Also, there's a big amount of time between 5 min and 30 min. Why not compromise and go to 10, 15, 20 before going all the way to 30 minutes?

Hi Atomic! I dropped shallow release and rephresh this month since you adviced me to. This month month I tried with a cutoff that did not work so as you adviced me I will try at 1st positive opk. But I wanted to lay down longer than 5 minutes just to make sure I conceive. So you think I should try 10 minutes instead of 30?

I will try 10 minutes next month. Actually I am in a hurry to conceive, I really tought it was going to be a one try and done but it's been 3 months now. I resigned from my job in August and im not planning to get another job until I have a baby. Hopefully with your advice of trying at 1st positive opk will do the trick next month.

Ok! It's always at your discretion, if you need quicker time to conception we could go to e4d or even e4d plus one, or you could lay down longer. I just have my standard technique for helping people get pregnant in a timely fashion by progressing thru the sway tactics one by one, but that is open for negotiation.

Thanks for your response. I have been following your advice of dropping all the stuff that lowers the odds of conception like shallow release and represh and focused on ONE attempt and LE diet. This month didn't work because the cutoff was too long. The only part that I needed to figure out for next month is if laying down for too long could actually hurt my sway. I think 10 minutes will be a good compromise. I really appreciate your advice! I have one last question, do you know if myo inositol can mess up my regular cycles? I have regular cycles but I've heard it may sway pink and it also helps increase odds of conception. I also read a medical article that studied how melatonin helps improve egg quality. Any advice on supplements? I am not taking anything except folate.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
