2 Questions
Hi there - 2 more questions!
Should I be avoiding sugar as I want to encourage a low sugar blood level?
Also, you mentioned it takes 3 months roughly to conceive, can I just check if this is when you are TTC a girl? I thought it might take longer, thanks, V

Only those on the alternate diet need to avoid sugar. People on the standard LE Diet (and some people on a modified LE Diet who don't need to be as strict) can have sugary goodies within limits. Sugar in and of itself doesn't make your blood sugar high. Your blood sugar goes up after eating ANYTHING with carbs in it, and then your body will release insulin to lower your blood sugar. This happens when you eat sugar just the same as if you ate bread or fruit or even things like skim dairy. The meal spacing, intermittent fasting, and avoiding snacks is what will keep your blood sugar on the low side, not a presence or lack of sugar in the diet (unless you have moderate to severe PCOS or insulin resistance, in which case you're meant to be on the alternate diet and then you'd avoid sugar.)
We have an average 3 months to conception even with pink sways. While there are many sway tactics that do cut odds of conception, we put a premium on getting people pregnant in a timely fashion and have cut out most of the things that do nothing and only cut odds of conception (or have you guys drop those fairly quickly)
