    Sodium

Does anyone else have a hard time keeping sodium low? I can not for the life of me get anywhere remotely close to the recommended amount. I have gotten it lower than I usually consume, though. How much will this effect my sway?

We basically gave up on sodium restrictions several years ago and our results actually went UP after we did and have stayed high ever since (I'm not saying this was caused by the sodium since we changed many things at that time, just saying sodium cannot be swaying blue because of that)

There is literally no way the sodium stuff works biologically and I have a full explanation of why that is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...s-edition.html It is just nonsense based on animals that don't even reproduce in the same way humans do. it makes no sense whatsoever given that all people worldwide eat way more sodium than the mineral diet calls for, and always have.

It makes it WAY easier to stick to diet as a whole if you skip that part (or give yourself a more attainable goal, the amount of sodium on some of the mineral diets is next to impossible). I got my girl eating tons of sodium after getting my 4th boy while limiting it.

Oh this is good to know! It was the only thing I couldn’t really lower. This makes things so much easier now. Thank you so much.

I also ate high sodium during my girl sway. I just could not cut back. I was really worried my sway would fail. But in the end focusing on just the important stuff worked. Trust Atomic.
