Bread
I hope this is a better spot for my questions,, Atomic. I have high testosterone; nogo dark chocolate? should i consider low carb bread instead of whole wheAt regular? And should i be drinking Crystal Lite? Lastly, is a keyto cake with Stevia/Erythritol ok for a birthday, or no?

And since i gain muscle easy, should i keep doin 1 hour cardio, or no? And should i do crunches to work on my abs? Or will this raise my testosterone?

I would avoid sweets totally.
I don't think "low carb" bread is necessary, just use whole grain bread.
I don't think aspartame works but you can have 2-3 servings a day if you'd like.
One cake with Stevia is fine. Ongoing, i'd not rely on Stevia products. Some people claim they sway blue. Now, I have my doubts abut that but you certainly don't NEED Stevia so it's fine to give that up just in case it helps your sway.
