Breastfeeding and girl sway
Hello
I have just started my girl sway. My baby is 10 months old and breastfeed 4 times a day. I get very hungry. I used to eat porridge for breakfast , latte later then sandwich and lots of tea and biscuits, Snack and dinner then chocolate at night.
I am having 1 coffee with 1 egg with fruit in the morning / 2 slices of wholegrain toast with butter / yoghurt with fruit /handful of nuts with fruit. One of those options each day.
Lunch a sandwich and a sugar free latte and dinner . I am finding lunch to dinner hard. I had a healthy nut bar between lunch and dinner today. That means 4 meals
Breakfast is at 7am , lunch around 12 and dinner around 5.. I had to have a snack at 3 as I was so hungry. Is this bad for a girl sway? I miss tea so much lol. Having 2 cups of coffee a day.

I need you to add this up in terms of protein, fat, and calories. I cannot sound off on your meals without knowing that information.
It sounds to me you are not eating anywhere near enough, but I can't be sure without more information.

If you have a history of an eating disorder then you need to not do diet. What happens is, because you're flying blind, with no idea of your food intake, the tendency especially for those with history of ED is to cut back more and more.
While I can't say for sure, my gut instinct is that you are not eating enough. People who are breastfeeding need more. Just go vegetarian and have 3 or even 4 meals a day.

I always have meat at dinner like chicken or mince though. Would that still be ok?

Well, we have not tried that per se, so I can't sign off on it. What I have people do if they just can't do diet from an eating disorder is go vegetarian. It is up to you.

ok thanks. Not sure how to do vegetarian and have enough protein? Also would Vodka and diet soda be best and should it be taking with a meal or at night? No calories compared to wine. Sorry for quick posts.. Always holding my baby and entertaining a toddler at same time x

Not an expert on the LE diet by any means but I am vegetarian and there are heaps of protein options available- beans, chickpeas, lentils, quinoa, nuts, seeds, eggs, dairy products.

What about a roast chicken or beef dinner..what could I use for a vegetarian option?
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
