Whats the closest girl friendly equivalent to Crystal Lite?

Not that it is similar to CL, but I would drink Perrier sparkling mineral water as it has a low pH and is also low salt. I often mixed it with my straight cranberry juice. Really all I wanted was wine, but hey!

It's been a while since anyone posted but loving the advice. I find Aldi's quiet good for rice crackers and rice crisps. The rice crackers aren't too bad either :P

I take the tiny megafol 0.5 ones. Atomic says around 1600 a day for ttc girl, I take one at breakfast, lunch and dinner to get 1500. They are really cheap. Also tiny and you can chew them as they aren't bad tasting.

Hmmm it's confusing cos in the supps section it says 400 but I can see on her signature a much higher amt...,

Some areas of the website aren't updated from when atomic took it over, she's trying to work through that but obviously her time is in high demand! Please don't hesitate to pm her about it, I'm 100% sure it's the signature amount, she keeps that in there exactly for this reason.

Thanks Meeks - actually atomic responded to me on my folic thread and said 1500/1600 so that's all good.

Didn't really know she took over. thought she was here from the get go.
