Eating 3 meals and over 1800 calories and losing weight
Hi.
I am eating enough yet longer weight. 8 stone down to 7 stone 9. I have only been on diet since 20th December. I am worried if I exercise I will keep losing weight. Only exercise I do is playing with my kids and I also breastfeed.

Eat more and add exercise. Exercise has been such a good tactic it's worth it even if you have to eat more to include.

Have you ever tried YouTube exercise videos?? They work really well. I like Blogilates and Popsugar fitness.

Hi! I am also looking for some cardio work out videos to do inside the house:-)
When I search for Blogilates and Popsugar I can only find strength work outs - with exercises for building muscles :-( And we need only cardio right?
Can you share some or one specific video that is great for us? Thank you so much!

They do have some, but it's no big deal, it doesn't need to be those guys. I did a search for "cardio workouts" and got a lot of hits, but this lady seems to have a ton of good options (I have not done these) https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...jh0I0W3NEFOL23
If you ever are doing a workout video and they start doing musclebuilding, just march in place or do jumping jacks till they pick the cardio up again. That is ok!
