To trigger or not to trigger
Hi again! I’m not sure if I should try triggering this cycle (using femara) I had one good follicle today at about 23mm. In the past I’ve had positive opks but not had a temp spike until
Several days later so in order to keep it to one attempt I’d like to be more certain of ovulation... should I trigger? TIA!

did your doctor advise you to??
I can't tell you if it's time to trigger - that's for a doc to say.
Most docs would have you trigger, though.
When did you use the RepHresh?? It should be much less potent after 12 hours!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

He basically left it up to me, but I’m ready to be done swaying. Since my post I definitely got a positive opk, but I’d rather not spend the $200 if it’s not necessary. I just don’t know what to do and am panicking/swaycessing for sure

Ok. I don't think the trigger is necessary as long as you ovulate on your own.

I got nervous and used it, had an attempt about 9 hours after but I’m worried I j&d too early.... I laid down for about 2 minutes after finishing, is that enough for a viable attempt? Thank you and sorry for my panicking

You can get pregnant with a very short J and D but I would have recommended 5 minutes minimum, and the longer you go not conceiving, the longer you should lay down.

Thank you! I had “stuff” that came out this morning and today... is it worth it to add an attempt? Are back to back attempts better pink than ones that are a few days apart?

Anything that comes out after about 30 minutes is dead/dying sperm and semen. The living sperm leaves the semen, then it liquefies and comes out to remove potential infectious agents from the vagina.
2 attempts is two attempts no matter when you have them (the only difference is if they're far enough apart so the sperm has died off.) 2 close attempts is if anything worse than ones 4+ days apart.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you. I’m so confused, I triggered Monday night and still haven’t gotten a temp rise, is it possible I still haven’t ovulated? I’m so conflicted if I should add an attempt in case I didn’t (dtd Tuesday morning at about 6am)
