DH and myoinositol
Hi there, so my husband has Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (as diagnosed by his liver levels coming back a few times elevated and it runs in the family so his mother also has it) and as such is taking myoinositol as there are a few studies that myoinositol (and choline) can help keep liver levels in check and help reverse it. Should he stop taking it for the run up to our time ttc? And then he can start taking again after we conceive. Thoughts?
Also, is olive leaf extract still recommended for DH?
Thank you!!

No it's fine if he needs it. We don't know how it sways for DH (no one else's hubs have taken it) but anything for health is great.
I don't think OLE does a whole lot but it's fine to take it as long as it's ok for your husband's health and any other medication he's on.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

So... after some googling (which I'm kicking myself for not doing sooner) it seems myo inositol may help improve sperm motility in men. Now I'm of course freaking out that I've supercharged his male sperm. We were supposed to have our first attempt this month and I was so looking forward to starting but now I'm so upset and wondering if we should postpone 2-3 months for the life cycle of the sperm to reset (spermatogensis). Thoughts!??!?! Ughhh kicking myself for not googling sooner.

DO NOT skip a month for that.
Nothing men take has any effect on the outcome of pink sways. Even things that are supposed to be super duperly awesomesauce for sperm is not affecting the outcome of pink sways and may even be harmful to sperm (like ginseng which was once said to aid sperm but has been discovered to impair cell division.)
X and Y sperm, for most of their existence, are all just XY cells wearing one skin. They're the SAME CELL for most of the time. Anything that "supercharges" Y sperm supercharges X sperm. There is nothing proven to help only X or only Y sperm (even the supplements we use on here have not been proven to help X or Y sperm ONLY.
Every darn supplement out there has some webpage bragging that it "supercharges" sperm. This is because they're selling something. Just have him take the medication he needs for his health and proceed with your sway this month. For all we know, it may have some miraculous pink sway effect we haven't discovered yet!!!!
