Do not take Sudafed for a sway. It doesn't work, cuts odds of conception, and has been linked to strokes in young women (particularly when taken along with some of the supplements that some people take for swaying like cranberry or aspirin - those don't work either and also have side effects that has led us to dropping them as well.)
Originally, we were using antihistamine (either cetirizine aka Zyrtec, diphenhydramine aka Benadryl, or both for some people but you should always check with me about that before using them as many people should not be taking both together) but again, we found they did nothing for sways, with the same % of people getting boys and girls with and without them, and they also cut odds of conception.
