There are diet tips on how many grams of protein to eat and things like that in the plan.
Message me your email (click my user name, you can send me a message that no one else can see) and I'll send you the diet book and a couple other freebies you may find helpful.

DH did eat less red meat because I stopped cooking it lol! That’s about it! I just added in soymilk and was gonna grab some OLE for him then we got our BFP lol!! Was planning on doing FR. Didn’t get the chance, but I don’t think it matters too much and trying not to stress it. I did well with diet, lost 40lbs, dropped down to BMI 21 from 28 and added exercise in about 4 weeks before I conceived. Wishing I had started exercising earlier, but trying not to stress that as well. I think moderate exercise sways boy and over exercise sway girl. Sending you pink dust!! 💖

Prayingforpink20 that’s awesome! I hope you get your baby girl are you planning on doing NIPT? I’m steadily losing weight though I don’t always feel it lol, I blame my son for this body recomp lol. I started excercising today, 60 minutes of walking on the treadmill, I’m hoping it helps keep my blood sugar low might up it to 90 min but I don’t think I can get 90 in one setting with my son seeming to need me nonstop lol

Thank you so much!! We get the NIPT done the first week of October!! So excited to update with the results!! Finding the time to work out is hard! I usually had to wait until after the boys went to sleep to be able to get my full hour in. I was just about to start pushing myself up to 90min, but got out BFP!!

It's not necessary to do 90 and it's more likely that a) you will get injured and be unable to do any exercise and b) you'll delay or even stop ovulation if you do too much.

PFP20, in case this is ever relevant again, you 1000% should not have "started pushing yourself up to 90 minutes" because of all the things we have already discussed via PM. Your tendency is to do too much, you WERE doing too much, and that would have been disastrous for you. Do not do that if you ever plan to sway in future.

Thanks atomic sagebrush I was worried since I’m just walking in the treadmill it’s not enough. I’m currently doing 60 min 2 incline 3 mph, as long as I’m consistent and doing that (almost) everyday it should be good? I am trying to avoid taking any kind of preworkout or energy drink so walking it about all I have energy for with son lol

It's enough! Walking 60 minutes without eating beforehand has gotten great results for us! The exercise does not have to be Olympian levels, it's about the effect that moving your body, even just walking, has on your blood sugar and also for overall weight loss.
