First attempt in 3 weeks but haven't been following the diet strictly
I have been following the LE diet from my plan for about 4 weeks now but I have not been following it strictly. I would say however that I've been within diet guidelines for like 60% of the time and 40% definitely over. The change from a high protein diet to lower protein/fat has been a little difficult because I've always tried to target higher protein and moderate fat most of my life.
My plan says I should try asap because of some factors that may make it difficult for me to get pregnant. I worry about trying in 3 weeks when I'm supposed to ovulate and going in with not having stuck to the diet that well.

Swaying Advice Coach
You need to try. Time is not on our side here and every month that passes might be Goldie the Golden Egg that we need. I would not have you skip a month for ANY reason and you are absolutely right that you've changed your diet quite a lot because it was entirely different from what you have done in the past. Go for it!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
