Advice for days of spotting before AF finally arrives?
Moving on month 5 ttc!
Cycles length is About 28days (much more regular than before) I ovulate around cd14-16.
However, for the last few months, I have been spotting for 2-3 days before AF arrives. No idea why? Period is also a lot shorter , 2-3 days!
Does anybody know if this not a good sign fertility wise?
Anybody got any idea of anything I can take to help it?

I've started spotting too for the past 3 cycles which is very unusual for me these days. My AF is only 3 days but I am 97!
Maybe the change in your cycle is a good thing, as it's different from when you conceived your boys.

I'm sure I've read somewhere that it's to do with the LE diet, but I'm sure someone else can clarify that x

Change in cycle is probably a good thing, but spotting may not be. Maybe low progesterone? Progesterone is what maintains your lining in the luteal phase. Low progesterone often means short LP or spotting. Hoping atomic will chime in.

Thanks everyone! This has cheered me up!
Hadn't thought of it that way, that new lifestyle is perhaps changing my cycle.
Made the mistake of mentioning it to my mum and she said, "that's weird, I got that when I was starting menopause! "
aaaaaaaaggggh!
I'm sure I'm ovulating, so my body just seems to be fighting this getting pregnant thing!!!

It's no big deal and it happens to many of us. You can still get pregnant with a few days of spotting before AF comes.
It may be lower estrogen (which is possibly good for a pink sway) because at that point of the cycle, it's not progesterone maintaining the lining, it is a burst of estrogen released at about 7 DPO. So if you're lower in estrogen as a result of swaying, you may have some spotting before AF. This can also contribute to lighter periods.
The good news is, tons of us pink swayers, myself included noticed much lighter, shorter periods with swaying before our successful sways.

You aren't starting menopause! I promise. Coming into menopause many women ALSO make less estrogen and so have spotting. But that isn't what is happening to you.
