It claims around 97% accuracy but is a theory only and definitely not 100%. Fingers crossed though!

I'll take what I can get lol. I know there is no guarantee. If I wasn't okay with the idea of another boy we wouldn't be TTC. But anything we can do to swing the odds toward girl (esp something that happens all by itself, no help from me) is a good thing

Huge temp shift this morning Looks like I landed with an O-2 timing. I believe I O'd sometime yesterday morning as cramping (which has been pretty bad lately) stopped completely around midday. Can't be 100% but that's what I think. So begins the 2WW. I have lots of projects planned to keep busy. Hopefully they won't get done too quickly and will help keep me busy the entire 2WW to keep me from obsessing.

Gee whiz I almost didn't read this thread again!
NO, I am not referring to Ramzi and NO it does not have 97% accuracy.
There is a study out there done by some reputable Japanese researchers that found that in a 3 month pattern, if you ovulated R, R, L, you are 75% likely to have a girl. So it may be a little bit more likely to be a girl from a left side ovulation (teensy weensy)

Oh. Well, hate to kink the chain but if O pains are any indication this is my 3rd cycle Oing from the left. First cycle after loss I ONLY had pain on left side, zero on right. Second cycle after I had loads and loads of pain on my left starting pretty early in cycle, but only a few days the entire cycle with right side pain. And this cycle has been about the same as far as localization/location of pain, although it hurt A LOT more this cycle. Plus we also know this month is a lefty because of ultrasound. Any chance that LLL means anything? *wink*

I feel like we have seen plenty of Ramzi opposites on here to debunk that! EVen including some that they actually sent to Dr. Ramzi himself.

O pain does not tell you where you're ovulating from though. You develop eggs in both ovaries and even though you had the pain this time on the side you Oed from it really, honestly doesn't mean a thing. I know people doubt me on this but there are TONS of people who have only pain on one side and are flabbergasted to find they Oed from the other.
LLL probably does mean something, I don't have time to look it up today, nag me!
I seriously only mentioned this as an aside, practically an old wives tale. Was not my intention for anyone to start taking it seriously because it is probably meaningless. there are many people who had opposites on this.

Ahhh sorry atomic and two, there I go off on a tangent lol. Most of what I have read on the net for Ramzi says 97% but I don't even think it has much effect myself... Stumps me how the side the placenta stems from can determine gender when it's down to x or y anyways
