its me again!! lol
Im wondering if its worth getting bloodwork done. I seemed to have a normal cycle last month 13 day LP and now Im on cd 11 and I have been so hot the last 2 days with a headache, like before AF. I have had 3 days of temps consistent with O but have had spotting up until cd 9 at least. A tiny bit today but not much. Is it even possible to have ovulated already?
I feel so yuck! And annoyed.
Is it possible to ovulate while.still spotting?
Ugh sounds like the M word or crazy hormones

Yes, it's possible to ovulate while still spotting. Your lining grows from the outside in and so you can be very nearly ovulating.
When u compare this chart to other charts, are your temps overall lower this month than normal? I'm wondering if this is a stairstep - you'll see another dip and rise before O actually happens. Anything is possible but that's my expectation, particularly if your temps are lower than they normally are.
The thing with going to the doctor is this - what are they going to tell you, really? Are they going to shed any light, or are they going to go with the most obvious explanation...that it's perimenopause (because that's what they normaly do...a woman over 40 goes in to see them and they chalk up everything to peri and do no investigation anyway). If you think you'll be reassured by them doing the test, then by all means (I do think it might be a good idea to get the spotting checked out in case of fibroids) but I suspect they're going to most likely tell you what you don't want to hear. And then what? You'll still have to decide if you want to keep going or if you want to stop, and I promise there have been 5000 women told dire things by their docs who went on to conceive despite that. I'm just worried they'll upset you for no good reason at all because their numbers don't always tell us what our real chances are.

Well its still.so early in my cycle so if I did O it would be cd 7 ugh,.so no chance of conception from that.
So I will still keep temping and see what happens.
I totally hear what you are saying about docs..I really love my OB and midwife. They are both super supportive and positive about conceiving. I just feel yuck. Like hot and the headaches so I really wanted to see if something natural possibly could help if they are off balance just because of how I am feeling. And the minor spotting until cd 9 or so doesnt seem normal. I mean I was just pregnant almost 1 year ago, can my body decline so fast?

I really find it unbelievable that you're ovulating now. I would be having attempts because for all we know the reason why you feel weird is that you're super hormonal this month and brewing up a fantabulous egg.
We can't really know what's going on (even if you did go to the doc!) because we can't know if you've simply gotten lucky in the past and we're along the road of "the M word" or if this is just some generalized weirdness going on that will work itself out. I've had quite a few people go through years of weird cycles and trouble conceiving and then it just rights itself and they conceive (often 2 or even 3 times)
Did we ever decide to try myoinositol? Or did we decide to hold off on that?

Ok great.
It's a dietary supplement that may reduce blood sugar levels somewhat and can boost egg quality and improve hormonal imbalanced (at least those caused by blood sugar.) We've had some luck with people seeing improvements while taking it. https://www.pregnitude.com/

But at some point we have to think "well, what we're doing isn't working, should we try introducing a random element into the mix here and see if we get a different outcome" and of all the random elements we could introduce, myoinositol is for the most part benign. While we have seen some weird side effects with it, they were in people taking a very high dose and since time isn't our friend here, it may be that we want to gamble on it possibly helping us out here.
Congratulations! I am so happy for you now you can feel compeet!
