I recommend Women's One a Day (they arent prenatals but have equal or better nutrients in them) for ladies and Men's Over 50 One a Day for guys. The reasons are because they are widely available and affordable (and I got 2 of my 4 boys on the womens' One a Day!) I am not "married" to them or anything, I just like to have something that pretty much everyone around the world can find.
I have your questionnaire and will get right to work on your plan

I picked up both of those vitamins at the store today and we started taking them tonight. Can I ask why the over 50 for guys even if they are younger? Just curious.

they have a couple additional ingredients that are nice but not necessary so I like to get them all in one, since some guys won't always take more than one vitamin a day.

Ok, yes getting him to take 1 pill a day is plenty. I need another bottle of omega 3, how is this one? It also has the vitamin d in it but it also has an antioxidant in it so I wasn't sure if it was ok.

That should be just fine. While I haven't had tons of people take astaxanthin it is a component in many krill/fish oils.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
