I had that question too and answer is No.. there is not an increased risk for malformations with Letrozole..
Still, they should not be taken while pregnant...

That is only people taking it DURING pregnancy as a cancer treatment and not for fertility. It actually leaves your body faster than Clomid (which should also not be taken during pregnancy!!
Just be sure you take a pregnancy test every time before taking either Clomid or Femara!

I will let you know what my doc says when visiting him end of month about next cycle because its my third cycle with clomid and also read cant be taken for long, so lets see what he suggests, perhaps he let me take femara. I will let you know! Thank you!
