I do not like the Wellmans. Can you find a different kind that doesn't have the herbs and such high doses of B vitamins in them? I think Wellmans causes more problems than it solves so I'd suggest having him wean off that and onto another fertility vitamin.
What "fertility herbs"? Many herbs are really actually BAD even though the people who sell them say they work.
He takes Date Palm pollen. They say it’s good for sperm motility...
Why is Vitamine B not good? Which brand do you recommend ?
DH did only one sperm test. The urologist told him first that’s it was perfectly fine. Until we went to a fertility clinic we let them
See the test what he did and they said that’s not enough for ivf.

The human body is not made to and does not require that huge amount of vitamins. High doses of vitamins are NOT GOOD unless someone has a severe inability to process them. Some is good. A massive amount is harmful, even poisonous and I have no idea why the vitamin companies continue putting these megadoses in their products. B vitamins are mostly urinated out, so the body is somewhat forgiving, but over time some of the B vitamins at that level are proven harmful, and I think it's likely that the rest are too even though they're less proven.
I still like the trusty Men's One a Day over 50.
At least one study did seem to indicate date palm pollen was beneficial. I tend to not trust the herbs until I've seen them work firsthand for quite a few people and I really do not trust the "plant estrogens" at all, so personally I'd have him drop those, particulary if he developed the sperm problem after he started taking it.
Thanks so much for clarifing, it was very helpful to undersstand the timeline.

Hey atomic, you don’t believe what happend. I was at my gynecologist and had a ultrasound she did found my left ovary and I am SO happy about that. She even saw little follies in it maybe 5 or six that means that it’s not damaged ! :d
Today I’m ovulating I feel O pains, yesterday had a pos opk. I really think it’s the sperm factor why we don’t conceive because every time i go to ultrasound they say everything is fine. Even my endo pain is all gone..we will see

It looks like you found it - did you still need help?
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
