Hi Onebigwish!
I have endo, and have had two laparoscopies (one before DD1 and one before DD2).
I tried for close to 2 years before dd1, but my first cycle on Clomid = BFP
I had a natural pregnancy when she was 11 m.o but sadly miscarried.
DD2, we tried after my m/c (which was followed by my second laparoscopy for endo) and once again, 1st cycle on Clomid was the winner.
Dd3, HE diet - 2nd month trying , all naturally, gave us our youngest little girl
It’s possible, but I guess it all depends on the severity of your endo, where you might have adhesions, etc etc
Since you just had your lap done, the doc usually say so to wait a cycle or two after, to allow lining to rebuild (assume you had a d&c at the same time to clear the uterine tissue?) but you should be at your most fertile thereafter so FX your get your BFP soon good luck!

Yes i have lots of clients with endometriosis.
I would consider a gluten free diet - in one study it seemed to help a few people with endo pain - and eat more fiber, particularly nuts and seeds.

Thanks for the advice! And does endometriosis sways more girl or boy? Or is it equal? At this moment my only fear is not to be able to conceive at all.

We don't have enough data to be able to say.
Right now between this and your husband's situation we need to focus on doing what it takes for you to conceive.

I’m so exited especially after the HsG I’m very hopeful ,ovulation in three days!
DH s sperm test was ok (25 million/1 Milliliter) so do you have anymore tips for us what we can do to conceive faster?

Oh that's great news!
I would add in female O if you can, and then stay laying flat for 30 or more minutes. Be sure to spend part of this time laying on your tummy (this seems silly, but has really worked.) Do not do shallow release!
Good luck and pink but most importantly sticky dust headed your way.

Af came...I’m CD 4 already. We had two attempts in fertile window laid 30 min on tummy and 30 min on back deep Release because was doggy style and added a big o sorry tmi. I even felt my ovulation very well and did it along with the cramps and positive opk...atomic what is your next advice step? We did everything fine..I think I’ll give myself a ultimatum and go for ivf or something
Ps: i forgot to say that i also used a full syringe of preseed

Even under ideal circumstances only about 20% of the time do you end up pregnant, even with perfect attempts.
Let's cut the Preseed by 1/2 just in case it actually had a negative effect.
Are you doing every 4 days (in the 72 hour pattern) even out of the fertile window/?? If not, do. It may help boost your fertility and more importantly will cover you in case you aren't Oing when you think you are (or that happens in future months)
