    Has anyone had a wrong guess at 13 weeks?

    The ultrasound tech said boy based on a pic I don't have. Has anyone's boy turned out to be a girl? From what I read there is only a slight possibility of being wrong at 13 weeks.

    If the tech guessed based on the nub (side view/angle of the dangle) then I would plan for blue. If s/he guessed based on a potty shot then I'd take it with a grain of salt.

    It was a Nub shot
    6 yrs old, in heaven would be 3 and 2 yrs old. Praying for due July 19, 2013!

    ditto what lovemy4 said. but I wouldn't start buying blue either way just yet. You still want to wait for confirmation.

    There was a lady over on IG who got mostly boy guesses on her 12w5d pic...but her potty shot was all girl! It can happen, but at 13 weeks nub is usually unmistakably pointing up for boy. GL though...
    Sept 2008 & successful boy sway June 2010.

    My tech told me boy at 12 w 4 d. She was correct, she explained to me that the nub had a blob on the top and said 70% boy at that stage. Then when i had my 17week scan it got bumped up to 95% boy, and confirmed boy at 20week scan.
