19 weeks scan..tech said possibly a girl but wasn't sure. what do you think? Could it be a boy?
Would be grateful if anyone can have a look at the pics I got at my scan..I was 19 weeks at this point.
Tech couldn't see any boy parts so said it's 'probably' a girl.
What do you think? is there any chance its a boy?
Would be happy either way i'm just not convinced with the way the tech was speaking.
Thanks :-)

19 weeks a scrotum was pretty obvious on my scans, that looks like a girl

mmm I am different. Tech said maybe girl for me with my second son at 20 week scan as no boy parts were in sight yet no girl bits to go off either!! She did have a good look bub was in a position and she could see between legs but couldn't get a "gender shot" ! I would say it is more likely to be a little girl but I wouldn't go painting the room and taking tags off!!
Hoping for a pink rainbow!

Oh really! That must have been a bit of a shock.
Yeah tech wasn't too sure, think we will just wait and see at birth...!
Going to just keep everything pretty neutral and not bought many clothes etc (left the tags on the stuff I've got!).
Suppose there is always a chance it could be a boy hiding ;-) x

Guessing gender based on NOT seeing parts is very bad practice. You need to actually see girl parts to id a girl or boy parts to id a boy.

I know Lovemy4, that's what I've been reading. She did she couldn't see any boy parts so its 'probably' a girl?
Do you think the potty shot looks like girl parts? If I look close enough I think I can see the 3 lines that I've heard people talk about?!
Thanks x

Hmmm. It looks pretty girly, but at the same time it's not a great angle. I'm really thinking it's a girl though.
I wouldn't buy pink until you can confirm! We were told girl several times based on "no boy parts seen" and even "three lines" .....at our 4th ultrasound (I was high risk and had them often) I expected to hear a girl confirmation when we got the surprise she was a he! I had bought so much pink stuff (it was our 4th child, first girl).

Jeez really, see that's why I'm a bit dubious ! That's the type if thing to happen to me !
Wish we never asked and kept it a surprise, would save all this guessing! X
