    That round ball type portion,is that penis and not umbilical cord?that looks a bit huge comparing to baby

    Yep they are just swollen, google baby boy unltrasounds and it won’t look any different to other babies.

    This is all just my opinion I’m no Dr

    I can identify scrotum and penis in this pic. 20 weeks is perfect time to confirm gender, everything should be in its place.
