Thread: Ramzi's Method

Question-can Ramzi's theory be applied past 8 weeks gestation? I'm 13 weeks and just found out that my placenta is located on the left. Would this still suggest a girl or is the theory null and void after 8 weeks? Any thoughts please?

Hi there. Really hoping someone will take a guess at my scan please? Left side of image = right side of body and vice versa. Thank you so much x

No idea how true this is but I was told by an ultrasound tech that it is almost impossible to tell off any scan picture so you can only really find out which side if you ask at the time of having your scan, and not work it out from a scan photo.
It was accurate for me though, my placenta at 6w+3 was left anterior.

Hi everyone, i am new to this sight and just wanted to add my pic for guesses. I feel like this is a pretty clear and straightforward pic? This was an abdominal ultrasound done at 7 weeks. You can see the yolk sac with baby attatched and i am pretty sure the whitish area under and to the left of the baby is the placenta? That would mean reverse the pic and it's a boy!? Any guesses would be really appreciated! :-)

This is straight forward. Baby implanted on right and placenta is on the left. Hoping for a girl. I asked Tech and she explained.
had an u/s yesterday at 8w1d and this tech said her screen was reversed...so I HAVE NO EFFING IDEA ANYMORE...She said BOTH transvaginal and abdominal are reversed but she did not print any pics so I cannot say for sure which side baby was on...she barely let me see the screen. I think it depends on how they hold the wands.
Bump! :)
