Was it maiden who asked about drinking? My dh drinks a lot...like a lot. Lol! (Former bartender and cocktail connoisseur.) His sperm is a-okay as far as get getting the egg. (1 condom baby—yes actually through the condom!, 1 oops baby, 2 sway pregnancies this past year.) Not sure if that always holds true, but it hasn't hurt him any.
Seabee—good to see you back!
Well, I got +OPK yesterday...2 days after our attempt, so I'm hoping some of those swimmers are sticking around. I really have a super loose sway happening, so I'm reluctant to attempt again until tomorrow (day 4). Hoping we didn't *just* miss it this month. I'd love a Christmas girl!

I'm ok. I had a miscarriage back in October at 7 weeks, I'm not sure if you were around then. DH is adamant on not having any more kids and even went for a vasectomy consultation 2 weeks ago. I'm trying to hold him off and since I refuse to go back on the pill he's been using the pull out method and occasionally condoms. So I'm just crossing my fingers that just one sperm gets through before he pulls out. So I'm definitely not hardcore swaying or anything since my chances are slim, but I'm still keeping to 2 meals a day, not snacking, taking fiber gummies, drinking alcohol, and DH is still taking OLE (he'll take anything I give him without asking questions). I found out I was extremely iron deficient after my loss, so I'm eating red meat again and taking mega doses of iron daily. I had to get healthy again. I was also low in vitamin D and magnesium after being on LE diet for so long.

Omg I'm so sorry for your loss! I hope you get a swimmer! My husband got into talking about no more kids and I cry every time he talks about it. I'm extremely vitamin d deficient, not from the le diet though. My fingers are crossed for you girl! ♡
