BD every 4 days from time of AF but only once in ur fertile window? Am I understanding correct. If I'm not when you say BD every 4 days, for how long? And for how long for DH to abstain?

Yes, every 4th day you BD. You start a day or two after AF and just follow that pattern with no regard to when you're fertile. No abstain for DH. It will result in a single attempt in your fertile period on its own.

It just ends up to be one attempt in fertile window DTD every 4 days. No matter how you slice it, it works out that way. Worst case scenario would be DTD on O-3 and O Day, and if there was anything left from the O-3 attempt it would most likely have already fertilized the egg before the O Day attempt could get there, and if not, the O Day attempt is a backup. (net result, one functional attempt in fertile window even under worst case scenario)

So if you are taking Menopur/gonal F you should make your one attempt the day you take the trigger? Any trigger timing advice? e.g. 36-40 hours after the shot? Sorry for bumping in

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
