Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I was basically vegan and ate very little veg and fruit. Mostly carbs. I did LE, but didn't follow salt restriction.

5 months, but the first few months were not strict at all.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He skipped red meat for 5 months, and then the last 5 weeks ate almost vegan too.

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

We each had a drink before BD. I had one or two cups of coffee each day.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I have been losing weight since my son was born 4/2014. Overall I lost 60+ pounds in 14 months. 20 of it came off during 5 months on LE. I am 180 now and 5'9".

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I did the 60 minutes cardio for months. The first few months it was 5 or 6 days a week. The last month it was every day. I would run/ walk while pushing the double stroller.

Yes, we had a rock salt lamp by bed, lavender essential oil lotion and in the vaporizer. I bought a bunch of house plants month's before.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

We really did everything we could. I didn't stress about it, or at least tried not to . I know the Lord will give us the perfect baby for our family.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Just my weight. I would have loved to have lost another 15 to 20 pounds, but LE and exercise for that long were taking a toll on my body.

Things worth mentioning:

Skipping breakfast was really hard at first, but I did adapt. Whenever I was hungry I would just pray. I tried to look at it as fasting to the Lord.
