I am 4dpo now... i messed up on the chat post area thing, what ever it is called. I had a lot of pain yesterday. It started off like normal implant pains that I had before but then got worse over the day. I felt like I was stabbed about 5 times. I was so sick I couldn't eat much, so now I am starving. I did call my Dr and he said it is a normal feeling with clomid and that it is a possible sign of multiple, which now has me concerned. With DS3 I did feel 3 stabbing pains and conceived twins. My Dr wants me to come in if AF doesn't come for a scan to see if there are multiple.

Hey ladies, I am going craycray and need advice or help?
So had my rubbish attempt positive digital opk cycle day 18.
Now 10 dpo by this point I normally start spotting my LP is usually 12 days Long, no spotting nothing today. Took a test this morning and negative.
I have had ewcm since 5dpo till yesterday 9dpo, do you think I got a false positive? It was a clearblue digital and I don't temp but was fairly I sure ovulated.
Any thoughts? Driving me crazy !!

Valse negative? Digital takes time. 10 DPO is early for digital. Its early Either way but more chance with a line test.

I had a very faint line 11DPO. In the past with ds2 I've had a negative at 10 DPO and positive at 12dpo

im starting to think my clearblue opk was wrong, had a negative then the next morning a high then that night a peak so we bd, i did ave a few ovulation pains n slight ewcm, i have been taking hayfever tabs every day, but im now 3dpo and ive got no ewcm or pains at all n feel really happy where im normally a miserable cow right now lol so i dont know what to think, ive heard u get implantation pains so i dont think ive caught ;( i went to do another opk test but the bloddy thing was frozen with a peak face on it so i couldnt re-test so i dont know whats bloody going on :( have anyone else hade a clearblue test freeze with their result on before x

Butterfly I am not familiar with that test, I use clearblue digital opk but smiley ones. Sounds like you are in the 2ww to me based on what you said. I don't think its that common to have ewcm at 3dpo so don't worry! and implantation starts anywhere from dpo 5 to 12 so maybe a little too soon for you and you still have a chance of BFP!! I notice every little cramp and twitch in 2ww that would never normally register with me!! Good luck xx

I don't think most women feel implantation...just like not all women get o pain (which can happen before, during and after o). I think you're in the 2ww...hope you caught the egg!

I got a dip in temp on day 6. My temp has remained high since that. But who knows. I just wish we could know the answers!! Im not a patient person by nature!

Thanks ladies. To be honest if this isnt the month.. were considering giving up alot next month just to conceive. The diet is killing me. I've gained weight from all the carbs! I hate carbs. Im going to be doing full on diet. Low calorie.
Also. Since I apperently missed "o" this month even with super expensive digital tests.. we may not dtd just once. I know this is probably defying everything but I just cant keep going through the dissapointment and we want another child badly. If its meant to be a boy then uts neant to be. Although ive been to a world renowned psychic twice in two years and both times she said that my daughter is waiting to come into this world. She even described her being super girly and pretty.
She told me to just go for it evey day. Lol
I think we will follow advice if this isnt the month.!!

butterflywarbie....temping is something you do to help establish ovulation but sometimes it can indicate pregnancy too. There is a web site called Fertility Friend which not only educates you but helps you chart your menstrual cycle ( I think I'm allowed to mention this as I'm sure it has been mentioned on this website before) I have found it invaluable not only learning about my body but the first time I conceived it was day 22and I would have missed it if I didn't know what I was doing.
Really looking forward to hearing some BFPs girls!!!

Girls, can I ask?...when doing a hpt, can you get an evap line even when not pregnant. Eg if dh poas could there be an evap line? I'm 9dpo and can see the faintest of lines and am feeling just the tiniest bit excited....but maybe I need a reality check.

A person can get an evap line if not pregnant
Evaps are colorless and usually show up after the time limit.
Having said that, I have taken $ store tests where it looks like an evap only for it to be positive a few days later.
The first month I was ttc, I got an evap and learned tart sometimes an evap is just an evap.

What brand test did you use? Some are more prone to evaps than others.

Well I spent the weekend doing things around the house.

My Ovacue said I O'd 2x's which was why I had the pains. The pains were so bad they lasted for 2 whole days, if that is from the clomid I don't know if I would want to take them again. Also because of the pain we did not dtd on those days so I do not know if anything will happen this month.

This is what my chart shows....
AF was 2 full days
clomid cd8-12
dtd cd9, cd11, cd 14, and cd15 (that is all)
O'd on cd 14 and cd18
today is cd21 and AF is due in 8 days

I know I took clomid really late but I was afraid to take it at first. If nothing happens this time I will take it earlier next time.

We have not been in the mood because ds3, dh, and I all have a sinus cold.

I think since you got a BFP on a strip test, you should be able to get a pos of FRER now (either after a long hold or with fmu tomorrow).

Sorry me plus 4 it sucks doesn't it!! But today after half a bottle of wine and about three days worth of sodium intake I am feeling heaps better!! I am going to take a leaf out of arimethia's book and just enjoy the BD every four days, try and relax and enjoy this time with my kids and DH before a new baby arrives. Sometimes I am soooo busy obsessing over what I don't have - my Martha and don't really appreciate what I do have!!!

I'm still shocked. I was beginning to think it just wasn't going to happen for us this time!

I think that stopping my diclofenac and switching to baby aspirin played a big role. Since my body is already overly dry we used a little concieve plus and I took muci the week I o'd. Let's hope that the sugar I ate and no breakfast pays off!!

I am 9dpo and 4dpo since I O'd 2x's.... I am going to wait 2 more days to test and then again the day before AF is due. I didn't intend to have a cut of with the second O but I was in a lot of pain. So if the first O was false or didn't implant then everything relies on the 2nd and a 3 day cut off.

I did go to the Dr yesterday and they said I did O but not sure how many. But since I gained 4lb in the one day they believe I may have hyperstimulated :worry: I am very concerned about multiples but with a cut off it is possible that sperm will be limited, I hope :worry:

I heard hcg doubles every 48 hours so I think thats ok. And I definantly see a second line. If u dont mind spending a little money u should invest in the frer test just to ease ur mind. If I was u I would already be celebrating :)

Congrats... even a faint line with color is a bfp. test again tomorrow and if it is still there then you know. Also you can consitrate your urine by not drinkgin anything 2hrs before bed, pee right before going to sleep, and then test fmu. For me it gave me a stronger bfp at 9dpo (w/DS3)

I don't know either, but I'd suggest an attempt, just in case! It's far enough away from your 1 attempt at 1st pos opk, right? Just my thought.

Atomic has said before that we can get a peak LH surge but not ovulate so our bodies have to try again so maybe that's what happened??!?! I agree with Angie, I'd probably attempt again. 😊

Hey steph sounds like you may need clomid to help you O! I found out that I do not O every month and the Dr tested me for 6mths, I had to get an US every month when I started to have O pains but I only O 2x's in 6mths. I thought I was fine since I had all the signs but that is most likely the reason why it took so long to get preg with DS3.

I am 10dpo and 5dpo... I think that is right! I am starting to have the tickle feeling in my lower left oven, pressure but not really bloating, I really want nutella (cuz of the chocolate which I normally don't care for), the left over rib (just 1 bite) made me want to puke, the bite of frosted flakes my son forced me to eat was gross, and I just woke up and I want to go back to bed.

I took a cheapy test today but so far nothing and just waiting for it to dry some more.

6 more days til AF.

My eyes are teasing me! I see a faint line. I even tried looking at it for a quick second, different angles, and different lights and I see it. Very faint but it is their and it is a thick line. Maybe in a few hours when it dries some more the camera can pick it up.

Thanks purple but my doctor won't really help me. Even though I can prove I have a luteal phase defect now I still have to wait 2-3 cycles before they will re-run the progesterone blood test. And even tho I'm 36 in September :(

11dpo and 6dpo... heartburn already I hope it is short lived because DS1 heartburn and sickness lasted 9mths. I ate 4 lil debbie oatmeal cookies for dinner.

I could not get a good pic of the test but it is a very faint line so maybe next test. I had some discharge and spotting this morning so I am going to test again tomorrow.

As of yesterday I went back to a sort of normal diet. With all this packing and work on the house I have been very weak. And if I am preg I don't want to loose it. So I am now eating fruit for breakfast with greek yogurt, salad loaded with veggie toppings and avacado dressing, and meat and veg for dinner. I am also getting off of asprin slowly reducing the amount starting this week. I am going to add prenatals today. In the next few weeks I will stop the diet drinks, just waiting on a bfp.

Even if I am not preg I will not try again until Aug so I can go back to the sway plan then. I just need my energy for the move.

I'm devastated and so confused :( have had nausea, vomitting, cramps, and dizziness all week. Have been getting positive hpt tests for the past 4 days since 11dpo. Even did opks and thwy were all positive. Today is the day AF was suppose to start and I woke up with bleeding :( what does this mean? :(:confused:

I will finally take a digital pregnancy test to confirm tomorrow morning. Have been sick in bed all week and will finally have the chance to get out and buy a digital first thing in the morning :) sooo excited and nervous! Ive been getting my period about once every 4 months so I'm really scared If Im not lucky now, I wont get to try again for a few months. :(

Sorry for the odd Q. I have never known anyone who only got AF every 4 mths. Are there fertility drugs that would help with that while you try to conceive? Have you ever taken ovulation test for the whole 4mths to see if you O more then once?

I haven't really addressed any fertility issues. I know this is dumb, but I'm just really afraid of going to a doctor and finding out I may possibly have fertility issues. I have so many other medical issues that I'm just so overwhelmed with. I can't bear to deal with another. Again, I know it's not very smart for me to avoid it. I guess I'm just hoping a miracle happens n that I get lucky n pregnant with a healthy baby.

Grrr, so stupid! I am due to ovulate around the 3rd-5th of July (got my dates wrong in a previous post). I am nightshift on the 3rd and 4th and support shift (4-8pm) on the 5th. GRRRRRR!!!!. I am hoping the older two girls will stay at their Nans (Ex's mothers house) on the Friday night as their father is picking them up Saturday. Hopefully dh and I will have more of an opportunity for adult time on Friday night or preferably Saturday morning.

Thoughts ladies. Should I tell dh ovulation is coming up? I am afraid we may have the same issues as last time. But, it's not often we actually bd. I try just about every day to get dh keen for a little of practice but, no luck.

Pretty sure I'm not pg though as I have no feelings of pg at all. When we got pg before our miscarriage I "knew" straight away. Even DH said tonight, he doesn't think I am as he usually knows too and he doesn't think so this month. 😞

We're not trying again til nov/dec now though. That's if he doesn't change his mind between now and then. 😕

Mum - you don't necessarily have to have symptoms don't count yourself out.

I got my blaring positive today at 1pm. I decided to POAS an hour early so I can stop holding pee and drink. Guests are supposed to arrive from 1. So 2 lines came up immediately, I said to myself out loud oh how typical an immediate blaring positive at such an inconvenient time!! DH happened to be passing the bathroom and heard - he said let's BD now and I'm like Er people will arrive any moment!! He said no lets go now and I said well you better finish quickly then!! But the pressure was a bit much for both of us and he almost didn't finish, I wasn't helping because I kept telling him to hurry up lol - anyway luckily he did finish 10 min before anyone showed up.... I am going to have to fend him off tomorrow though as he will want to do it again...

Steph, I think they are starting to work. We bd Monday then dh was in the mood again Tuesday morning, most unlike him. His work is just so tiring and stressful for him. I was thinking the same, letting him know it's coming up. I might just let him know it's coming up and we should get some practice in, lol.

I'm on nightshift now and will be till Monday night. I hope that doesn't bugger up my charting. Typical though. Last cycle I deliberately didn't accept any shifts for around ovulation time. This time I have shifts all through my fertile days! I guess if it's meant to be, it will be.

Although, a maybe crossed my mind today as I had an emotional outburst at DH (it was deserved though - see my venting post 😜) but then yesterday I went to a mum of a friend of DS1 who, although we aren't "friends" have been talking a few times over the past few months as she swayed for her daughter, and anyway, this ladies mum was showing me all these quilts she'd made and I said I'd love to learn to quilt one day and she said she'd teach me. She asked me if I had a sewing machine and I said no, I can't even see on a button! And then I just got a txt from this lady saying her mum just bought me a sewing machine!!! OMG!! I burst into tears. No one ever does anything for me and although, I've known this ladies mum for years too (she actually taught me in a course 13yrs ago) this was so unexpected! My own mum would never do anything like that. So I'm a bit emotional today, and that is a usual pg sign for me (although maybe I'm just tired, which is when I'm also emotional!! 😜

Argh can someone please talk sense to me! I just did another OPK and it was immediately positive again! This never happens. Been having cramps so I'm assuming I am O'ing but I have been fending DH off all morning telling him we timed it perfectly etc etc. Although I'm less bothered about this month due to my friends wedding in a few weeks I still want to give myself the best chance of PG.

I didn't take a test today, my positives were Saturday and Sunday. Thought there was no point testing any further as atomic said it's only the first positive that counts. So I am guessing 1dpo today...long wait

Steph this is what happend with me last month. Even if I dont sway soon, I still need to see if my O is keeping positive in my 15 day monthly.

I had terrible pains in my day 15 evening and normally next day those pains dissapeared but last month, I had them the next day morning and evening as well...
I stopped seeing my doctor for O exactlly day. I think will start September again...I dont want to stress him too much :))) I'm the only crazy at his firt hour in the morning trying to see the exact time of O :))))))

Boysway - I hadn't thought of that but it could be a possibility, because the acupuncture increases blood flow to that area encouraging ovulation. So it could well be that for both of us. I am aching a bit there now but I'm also a bit constipated which isn't unusual around O and just after. Have your opks progressed now?

Well, I don't really hold any hopes of a bfp any time soon :( OPK this morning indicates ovulation may happen in the next few days. Unfortunately I think we have bigger fish to fry then when I will ovulate. Dh has told me he gets pain in his leg before we even get to the point of bd. So, there is yet another indication of possible cardio issues. I gave dh a good talking to this morning. His pessimism really gets to me :( I told him he needs to make time to get to the Dr to get tests before something major happens.

Myurkanin dont worry with both kids I felt nothing until day of missed period and it was mind numbing exhaustion. But didnt feel anything b4 that. With ds 2 I felt lower abdomen pain for 5 minutes around 7dpo but I dont know if it wss jmplantation or not dven pregnancy related. 2dpo is extremely early dont get discouraged

Melissa don't count yourself out if you feel nothing at 2dpo. Remember that PG symptoms, O symptoms and AF symptoms all feel pretty much the same this early, especially if you haven't been PG before.

I still haven't had a clear thermal shift, well I think I have but I'm not sure. My weekend temps are usually higher than my weekday temps due to alcohol and today's temp is high for a weekday. As we DTD on sat, if I only O'ed yesterday I am not confident at all. I thought I was O'ing on Sunday but who knows!! The small number of charts I have show that my temp usually rises 4 days after a pos OPK....but I am sure I O the day after......gah well next month I am going to BD the day of pos OPK and 2 days after to be sure.

I've just spent the night in ED with DVT that came out of nowhere....I haven't travelled or hit it or anything and with the amount of aspirin I've been having I have no idea how I could have a clot!!! Lucky I ignored my DH and mum just disregarding my concerns about the pain, swelling and pins and needles and took myself to hospital after I'd put all the kids to bed and did everything last night!

Definitely pg! With DS, I got bfp at 9 dpo but didn't get a positive with the Internet cheapies until af was due (14 dpo). They were negative for days! Congrats!

Congratulations Mumofsix :D Those are pretty good lines. If you're on meds for that DVT, you might want to let the Dr know. I hope it clears up soon. It's weird you should get one. A friend of mine in QLD was diagnosed with a DVT a few days ago. She hasn't been on a plane for a year or so.

I'm not on meds but did have some injections in hospital. I did tell the dr I was in the 2ww but I think he thought I was mad! The injections were clexane and so I looked it up and it seems to be used in pregnant women so fingers crossed it was ok. I'm so paranoid about clots now though, I'll have to try and find a trusted dr to talk to....like a needle in a haystack in Canberra and they're so expensive!!

The witch isn't here yet but I was in hell with AF pain all day yesterday. Temp up a bit today but I remember this happening last month and AF arrived. Praying with everything I've got that she stays away at least for a couple of days
