Pbn-you're so right...our bodies may be tricking us into feeling pregnant, but fx it's for real!!! Getting closer to testing time yay!!!
Artisam-smart plan! I have my frer's ready to go-just need willpower!

yum! I love gingernuts. I havent had those forever. Its the perfect weather to make icecream sandwiches too. Its going to be 39 degrees today here. I've been having mild cramping all morning. I hate that everything is making me focus on it even more. I cant wait for today to be over! I have a feeling that you might see a few posts from me today.

Post away kc! I never eat gingernuts lol, not even when I was pregnant with the boys but I remember a friend having awful all day ms and that was all she could stomach. Your in Aus are you? I'm in Central Queensland Coastal area and its so hot and humid today. We haven't had rain in forever either and its making me cranky lol. Poor air con has been working out this summer and even still this first week of autumn....
So are the cramps you're feeling af'ish? Or something different 😀?

Im in perth Pbn. We have hardly had a summer this year at all & major rain & flooding a few weeks back. The weather has been really weird here for the past 12months. We had a ridiculously long & extremely cold winter too which didnt end until december, Im hoping that this week is the start of a late summer & that we have warm weather until april.
Looking back I have had slight cramping on & off for the past 3 days! I had that last time I got my bfp so fx. Trying not to be too hopeful as I have had so many disappointing months. I dont really get cramps before AF. I get a lot of cervical aching & a dragging sensation internally & some general tenderness but not cramps on & off like this. As I said trying not to be too hopeful!

GL kc, those are good signs.
Thank you everyone for your well wishes. Pbn3, I honestly don't think this is going to be viable anything. The cramping is so so bad. I have NEVER cramped like this, even with other mc. If it gets worse, I will have to take myself to the ER. Praying it does not come to that. TMI, but my stomach has been cramping and gassy and painful too. And I am so emotional. My poor kids. I yelled at them all earlier because they were being laud after I asked for 5 mins of quiet. UGH. I feel so bad. We were celebrating DS1s birthday tonight, so I had to take 5 and just recharge. I am sad and weepy at everything too. I hate this.
I only have 1 Walmart test left, so I took and OPK today and it was quite dark. I am wondering if the test will be darker tomorrow. I am worried about an ectopic because of all the pain and everything. I will keep you posted when I can.

March 5th, 2017, 01:06 AM
Shann I didn't even get to the end of your post without thinking you should go to ER. Definately worrying if the cramping is that bad and ectopic could easily be the cause. Get yourself checked out asap, I'm sure you know the risks of losing a tube and worse... please please go to ER now, don't wait for it to get worse. I will be worrying and waiting for an update (whenever you can manage of course) and fx whether its ectopic or not that it is all sorted out for you quickly.

I wanted to post today's tests. Per cosmo's recommendation, yesterday's FRER and cheapie on top, today's on bottom, and one opk. I think the FRER is stark white, and the cheapie rubbed the opk and I think has a fake line on top. Temp is still high, but def not feeling good about this month.

KC, it sounds like we are in almost identical situations. I m/c Jan. 1, needed a d/c on Jan. 3. I also ovulated in January and got my first period in February (on the 10th though, so I'm a week behind you).
I think MOST people count the "first" cycle the way pbn3 days, as the first normal cycle (meaning after your period). But when you look at stats on conceiving after m/c and they say it sways girl, some people are talking about the first ovulation, so it's not totally clear to me if people are all reporting their experiences the same way and I'm not sure how to read the stats.
Did you have attempt this cycle and are you testing soon?

Sweetlily - I've been taking those 6 day sooner FRER and hate them! I miss the ones without the curved handle!

Momamia, good luck! I hope it went well.
Sweetlily, so sorry you're in the same situation re: recent m/c. I think I remember that you're in Canada like me, but I didn't think they sold the curved handle type FRER here? I've used the straight handle FRER before and got a line on them with 7 HCG in my system confirmed by a blood test after my m/c. That line was faint but definitely pink, no squinting required. So when there's a greyish squinter on FRER my suspicion is under 7hcg, which could be either an early positive or false positive if you're actually under 5 HCG.

Thanks ladies! It went great! It was very easy and didn't hurt at all! I was totally freaking out that it was going to cause a lot of cramping but it was very minimal afterwards. DH's count was great! He had 72 million sperm post-wash and 50% motility, which is excellent! :) Now I just have to pray that one little stupid sperm is smart enough to make it to the egg, lmao!!

MommaMia I hope your iui is successful! Gl!!!
The 6 days sooner in Canada don't have curved handles. I got really good results with the older 5 days sooner test that came with a in stick and a digital in one pack but we live in a small town were you can get a pregnancy test at the Dr's or the one pharmacy that replaced all the frer with these. They really suck, I got a bfp both Friday and Saturday and they looked about the same. Pink and super faint squinters. They look like pink evaps. That was at 7 and 8 or 8 and 9 dpo. ..I'm not + on my o date. My 2 apps pinned me as 9 dpo today so that would be 7/8 dpo tests but I'm not convinced I didn't o the day before.
Anyway it's frustrating cause I called the company and they said any bfp at 40 or over needs to be confirmed by the Dr because they are super sensitive and will pick up ANY amount of hcg and when you hit 40 it can be over 0/under 5 and be Normal. I know about 8 or 9 months ago I had a blood hcg and it was 0 but who knows. I am testing again tmrw. If those were real bfps it will be darker tmrw.
My chart is teasing me. I had an implant dip on 6 dpo followed the next day by triphasic. It's just messing with me I think, I expect tomorrow's test to be the same or bfn.
Anyway beware of these 6 day sooner tests. They've come so far with home testing advances that you need to go to your Dr and make sure it isn't a false positive
BTW, FRER ppl said my tests were actually indeed positive. Positive for SOME level of hcg but not necessarily pregnant!

So last night I took some Advil and gas meds and the cramping settled down. I am sore today, but not as bad as yesterday. I was able to go about church and a birthday lunch for DS1. I have been lounging all afternoon. AF has picked up to a light flow, but def not what I would expect from a mc. I took another Walmart brand test today and it was darker. SO I am still in limbo. :( I think I will see if I can squeeze in an appt for bloods for me tomorrow if I can. Then see if they want to do an u/s.
Does anyone know if an SCH is painful? Poor DH has no idea what to do with this information. I am confused too. If I get any pain in my side I will go to the ER immediately. The cramping is totally in the front, way down low, so does not seem classic ectopic to me.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to test early this cycle. :( I am taking a second trigger shot on 3/10 to help my body produce more progesterone on it's own. If af has not shown up by 3/19, I have to call my RE to get betas drawn. I'm feeling a little too confident this cycle. I'm worried how far I'll fall if I don't get a bfp. Unfortunately, I can't seem to force myself to lower my expectations. It's going to be rough if I don't get a bfp this cycle. Shannshaff- I had an SCH with my DS3 and a small one this time around too. I had cramping with my first one- I would liken it to period cramps. The bleeding was mild like what you describe but was red to red/brown. If it is an SCH, about 10-12 days from now you will pass the "scab" and may have some pink tinged discharge that will turn brown. This time, I had a lot of brown to beige snot-like discharge at the same time period. I was so glad my OB told me that would happen with my DS3, otherwise I would have freaked out! Most likely they will want to do a scan to measure the SCH and to check on your bean once your HCG levels get above 2000.

My last three pregnancies I didn't get a proper faint line until 9dpo so I'm not too worried yet. But I am hoping to have the strength not to test tomorrow. Hi I haven't logged in for a while but found out I'm pregnant last Saturday morning! I've had no symptoms other than strong fatigue in afternoons since 2-3dpo and dry mouth and didn't get bfp until a couple of days late. Now I can't get enough of bacon n ketchup sarnies on white lol ( I haven't eaten white bread for months)
I'm apparently due 8 th November

March 6th, 2017, 09:07 AM
Well congrats hun!
I rested today after waiting 2 days and the line looks basically the same. It's still there but no darker. I have a Dr's app tmrw so I will get her to do a beta but you'd think a good bfp would've darkened over 2 days.
I don't gave time to waste this cycle, because if I'm not pregnant I'll be on a business trip when I'm due to o next so I'd rather have a shirt cycle than longer. I take progesterone so until I quit the witch won't show.
I would have totally given up but I felt like thrown up from the second I woke up this morning. Will see what my Dr says. Thanks ladies!

Funny story-So, I work in a school with a lot of ladies my age. Someone is always pregnant...something is in the water at my school lol. It's a huge baby-friendly environment. I haven't shared with anyone that I'm swaying or even ttc #3.
Just passed by our principal in the office this morning and she asked with a huge smile "Did I dream this or are you pregnant?" I was completely taken off guard, but said "no, but hopefully in the near future" with a little smile. Sure hope she's right & has some sort of magical intuition haha! That got me excited, but don't want to get my hopes up too much.

Been awake since 3am again!! I laid for an hour and a half trying unsuccessfully to get back to sleep so I took my temp an hour early (it spiked a little :) ) and tested. Wasted a digi that said not pregnant of course and my frer looks stark :( I actually think I see something at the right angle and I'll pull it apart later after school drop off. Its 5.15am and I'm so glad in a few hours I can sleep if I want as my near 3 year old has his one day a week at daycare today. Hopefully after tomorrow my sleep will improve. Have to say I'm not feeling very confident which is ridiculous at 9dpo lol. Can't believe yet again I started testing early :( and have to endure days of bfns instead of just one. You know, I'm thinking you should continue BDing even after your temp shift while taking Clomid. My RE said to not trust temps while on Clomid, because often when he monitors women via US they often ovulate later in their cycle despite seeing a clear temp rise on their chart. I would BD every 4 days after your temp rise next cycle if this ends up being a BFN.

Xxforhubby I'm going to do my best now to not test for two days. I have one digi and one frer left. I'll see what my temps do over the next two days (last cycle they started dropping) and test 11dpo if they don't drop, otherwise if they do I might hang onto them... It sucks with my hubbys shift work trying to work out any kind of bd schedule :( I was hoping for more attempts this cycle, ideally 3 but it just wasn't possible. I'll definately do as you recommend and keep bding after temp rise just in case. My ob told me originally to bd cd8-18 e2d but that's just so full on for us that the stress of trying to achieve it would probably have the reverse effect. I'm really hoping next cycle works out better with his work and I may take a cycle off clomid too....

So I'm on supposed day CD15 if I go by my one day of spotting but repeated BFNs. I skipped Clomid this month bc I didn't feel comfortable taking it without a defined period.
Doing my OPKs and haven't gotten a pos yet.
But am feeling so conflicted! Before we TTC last month I was 100% ready and excited. Now I'm contemplating if I really want to TTC number 3. Not sure what it is. Hubby is still on board but I keep looking at all the cons and feeling like I'm trying to convince myself one way or the other now if I want to TTC.

Quick question ladies.
I took progesterone suppositories ladt month and although I didn't get my bfp my lining thickness went from a 9 to 14 this cycle! I think it was thanks to the progesterone. I asked my RE if he recommends me taking it again and he said that it was something I can choose on my own. They apperently don't test for progesterone levels until pregnancy bc they feel like they don't really tell us much?? I dunno..
Anyway.. should I take again? I still have lots left.
Ovulation was 5 days ago and I took it from 3 dpo 14 dpo last cycle. I am little late now...

This idea of ttc #3 has me so conflicted too and I'm not even near the pointy end yet. Some days I'm like yep decision made we will have a third and then others all the cons get to me and I think maybe not. Hearing others thoughts helps. Although I think in a years time I'll still be flip flopping.

Nurseandi, miamelb, I feel the same way. I really wanted a third but after getting my hopes up and a BFN last cycle, I feel discouraged and keep second-guessing myself. Life feels so hectic with two, and my DH just took a more demanding job (he used to be the more flexible parent who handled more of the childcare than me). I don't want a Christmas baby either, so I've just given up the diet completely now that I'm in the 2WW.

March 7th, 2017, 12:35 AM
So I have a small update on me. I am still getting light-med flow, bright red and with clots (small) and my test is still dark.
So I went to the dr this afternoon. The regular DR was out at the hospital delivering a baby ironically and I saw the PA. She was young and did not know much from what I can tell. She ordered an immediate u/s this evening (I am only 14dpo) and I gave a LMP to coincide with that day, and did not want to do betas until after the u/s. Well, I made them draw the blood for the betas anyway. I did the u/s because I knew I would not be able to get any other testing without doing it. I am pretty sure it is too early to see a sac or anything. The u/s tech was no help. I asked her if she could see anything. Her reply " I could see some things"....gee that helps. Poor DH was hustling to get from home to the u/s because I had all of the kids with me. He made it there after she had already started, so I got to have a wonderful trans vag u/s with 3 of my boys in the room!!! That was awkward to say the least. And I did not want them to know I am pregnant in case this does not go well.
So I should get results of my beta tomorrow and the results of the u/s since they would not tell me anything and just said the Dr would call. So frustrating. I will try to get a pic of my tests for the past few days.

It feels s strange to be writing this but even though I finally got my BFP I'm just not excited like I was the past 3 times. I am happy & relieved to be off the LE diet but I dont have that excitement of my little secret growing inside of me. I think it is because of the miscarriage last year & I am just worried that it might happen again. Hubby is so terrified of another miscarriage that he wont even tell his parents that I am pregnant again. I know many of you have been in this position. I feel that last years experiences is going to rob me of enjoying this last pregnancy. Any tips or hints?

Kc personally I feel its completely normal to feel somewhat disconnected. Its a natural emotional defense mechanism I think. That first miscarriage is crushing and takes all the innocence and blissful ignorance away from any future pregnancies. Instead of feeling elated and excited you are worried and nervous. Whether you choose to get bw in these early days for peace of mind is up to you however even that is no guarantee :( All I can suggest is try and put things put of your mind until your dating scan but then I've lost 3 pregnancies this past year so my thinking may not suit lol - I want to stay ignorant again if you get what I mean? How do you feel? Do you feel you need some reassurance through bw?

My gp will order bloods next week & ask if I want a early scan which I will do this time (I didnt last time but did with my other 2). I just feel so robbed of that early exitement. I just loved that feeling so excited you were going to burst. I feel so bad for this baby that Im just not feeling the joy that I should be. I totally understand that it is self protective but it is all so out of my control I dont know why I am worrying! Both of my boys in the past 24hrs have asked for another baby again. They are always asking & I just want to be able to tell them but we dont want to tell them anything until we cant hide it anymore. We want to protect them too in case anything happens. That was the one thing that I was so glad about last time is that we didnt tell them anything.

So I did another test earlier with smu and urine looked more concentrate and still looked stark though felt like something was trying to catch my eye. A few minutes ago I pulled them apart and took pics immediately but the strips still looked stark to me. Just found this on my photos. No idea if its fmu or smu test. Does anyone see anything?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170306/25ae8fc9d9a979cfb15c4d19b6abffe2.jpg

I would do it in a heartbeat if I could guarantee to have my DG but since there are no guarantees (and I'm convinced we will always have girls) it makes it more complex. I almost talked myself into having a third the other day just so that they'd have another sibling to be there for eachother when they're older. Not sure if I truely believe that logic or not though, just trying to find a reason other than just wanting a boy I guess. I'm also lucky enough to not have had a mc to date which I can only imagine makes the journey and decision making that much harder.

kc, I totally relate to that. My losses came before my first full term pregnancy, and I didn't get excited or feel connected with either kid until I was into my second trimester. Even then I think I kept bonding at arms distance until I past the gestational age of my first loss.
I don't have any advice for you. Maybe it's just the amount of time that's passed since my "major" losses, but I'm feeling a lot more excited about this pregnancy than I did with my two boys this early on.

Are you skipping opks this cycle? Or will it be more stressful not knowing where your surge is at? If you do use them I would use just strip test ones instead of the digis or not use digis until you see a darkening line on strip test.

Sorry Pbn!
I'm not feeling so positive about this cycle anymore. I'm not feeling like this cycle worked. My temps are so low. I definitely did not have a very strong O, if I even did actually O. I'm thinking of asking for a stronger ovulation med for the next cycle. I don't think the one I used was enough. I'm not a thin person and from what I've read, that can mean that you need a higher dose of the trigger shot. Also, according to FF, I ovulated on Saturday and not Sunday. Good thing I had the iui too late. TTC is ridiculously hard. :(

I've been taking daily tests since the day after my trigger shot. The line has slowly gotten lighter. I am currently 6dpo. I'll continue to test but I do not have any hopes this cycle. We've only had 2 attempts. It's not looking promising. My temps aren't super high so far either.
I usually get positive frers at 10dpo (saturday) but this month it's confusing bc of trigger shot. It could still be picked up so unless af shows before 14dpo I'll have to go in for betas to determine if it's a bfp or bfn.

DH did not say yes, but he also did not say "no" to trying again next month. So I think I'm going to just try to informally shoot for e4d unless he says otherwise. And I don't know if I'll do opk's, although I do feel that I'll also stress myself out not knowing what's going on. I've been busy working today, trying to fill my mind. he dr sent me for a beta--she said that even tho they were faint she expected it to come back positive but IDK. she said she'd call by the end of the day either way with results, but I havent heard from her and its 6 here. I think the lab didnt get it done. I expect a bfn.
Im feeling really stressed if I do get a bfp--when they first went bfp I freaked out and thought I ddn't want to do this again. I didn't expect that gut reaction. I think its probably a chemical but we'll see what she says whenever she phones I guess.

Thanks Pbn!! I know, my chart is ridiculously annoying!!! This morning FF bumped ovulation to the day of iui. I had an ultrasound on Friday, the day I took the trigger. They did not do another ultrasound after that. They said that most women ovulate 36 hours after the trigger so that's what they timed the iui to. Next cycle I'm going to do back to back iuis so it won't be as much of a problem. They do the first iui like 24 hours after trigger. I really want all of us long timers to get bfp's!!! :)

AFM - the bleeding turned to spotting this morning. Not sure if it will stop or get heavier. I know that they were looking to see if this was an ectopic or not, but I was trying to tell them that it was too early to see anything (4w exactly - 14dpo), but the Dr insisted I get a u/s right away to see how far along I was. Ummm. I just told you silly girl. The nurse was funny giving the reports last night though. She had m on the phone and was reading the results white the Dr was doing her review. She said "wow, it was too early to see anything just like you said." Well, yes, because of these and FF boards, I know more than most of the staff in the office about this stuff. Even the nurse that scheduled the u/s agreed that it was pointless, but they have to follow the Dr's orders. I assume that they will do another u/s when I am 6w so we can confirm placement of the baby. Such a waist of money. Glad I have GREAT insurance and it won't cost me an arm and a leg for all of this.
Erin514
March 8th, 2017, 03:10 PM
Shannshaff, doctors are the WORST when it comes to fertility stuff. I remember when I was miscarrying and they did a u/s, the doctor couldn't tell me if the fetus was measuring behind 8 weeks because he didn't know how to measure it, didn't know if there should be a heartbeat yet, etc. It was like, what's the point of even doing this if you don't know how it works?!
And don't even get me started on how everyone measures from the first day of your last AF, even if you KNOW you ovulated on day 25 or something. Argh.
I'm glad you're only spotting now and hopefully you can get some peace of mind at your 6 week u/s. Try to stay sane until then. :-/

So how does everyone BD? Do you try and do as many as possible then abstain during peak O? Or do O+12? Or just BD as much as possible? This is my first cycle since having iud removed and I'm new to swaying looking for as many pros as possible!

Just had a little giggle with how you phrased your first question. I don't think you meant this as literally as I first read it lol. Are you swaying pink or blue? That wil alter what would be recommended.

Hi ladies, sorry to hear about the BFN's. For those of you moving onto the next cycle, it puts us into December due dates. Regardless if you celebrate Christmas or not, wondering what people's opinions are about having a baby due around the holidays. To me it's not a biggie as we would definitely separate it so that the baby would always feel special around the time, but curious if anyone is skipping this cycle because of this. I don't think that I have the luxury to skip regardless, but just curious what others are thinking or doing.

So sorry to hear about all of the BFN. :( HUGS to all of you!
Max - that sounds like a wonderful plan. If I had thought about due date for Nov, I would have skipped that month as it is already tough with Halloween (we LOVE this holiday) and a week later is DS2 birthday. But then this precious little one I have with me now, would not be here. So you just never know the plan ahead of you! DD Nov 13

I asked this earlier too max bc based upon my cycles if this cycle fails it puts nexts due date to Dec 20. I ALWAYS go late by 4+ days... which is christmas. This makes me question If we should continue or take a break. So many negitives to me. 1- obviously having an Xmas birthday isn't fun for the child bc no friends would ever come to the birthday party due to holidays.
2--they would always be the youngest in class. Not sure if this is a huge negitive but I always loved being one of the oldest.
3--The actual birth for us here in Canada is tough in winter bc I have family coming from out of town to stay with my 3 little ones at home.
I dunno bit then I think of the positives...none of this would really matter if I had my healthy baby girl!
But... if I had a boy (although I'd love regardless) having a December baby plus a boy would feel like a double whamy of disappointment for me I think. We truly wanted a summer baby.. so that's alot of extra pressure.

Maxim-I really wanted a November baby and wanted to avoid a December baby. However, will prob keep trying anyway. l'll have another scheduled c-section a week early, so I'd be looking at around Dec 8th, which I could handle. If it's a girl, I won't care about the month at all haha. The best gift ever!!!

If I didn't conceive in February, we weren't going to skip months. An extra month on the diet would have just meant more cheating and a worse sway. Although, if we were going to skip a month it would have been April. An early January due date would have been a lot worse than an early December- my boys were born at 38 and 36 weeks, I doubt I'll ever go over much if at all.

I guess I had never really considered the fact of birthday would be so close to Christmas but I don't think I'd skip it seems kinda cool to have a Christmas baby! I'd either be HUGE or have nb. If I miss this month and get it next my date would be dec 30th but my others came at 38, 36, 35, and 37 weeks so I could get well have a Christmas baby! And a girl for Christmas would be the best gift ever.... really hoping I get a bfp this month because the girl diet is horrendous I'm so starving all the time!!

Ash, if you're starving all the time you could probably adjust your diet to feel better. It is annoying if you were a really blue pattern eater, though.

Robin, sorry I somehow overlooked your December post. Sorry if you guys already covered this. I had stayed off for a few days waiting for AF...
I agree with not skipping this month. It's already taking much longer than I ever thought to conceive #3. DD1&2 were first try, and this time around I'm getting a run for my money, so to speak. I did make an appointment with a new ob/gyn for Tuesday to get a second opinion. My last doctor didn't want to even hear anything from me until we had tried for a solid 6 months, which is just crazy to me. I'd like to just have labs done to make sure that everything looks normal. They can do that before 6 months of trying, right?
And I do agree that the LE diet sucks! I pretty much eat vegetarian and low calorie anyway, so that isn't huge for me, but not weight lifting like I normally do has messed with me.

A lady at work just told me she was pregnant five minutes before I read your post, lol. There's another one who is due a month before I would have been due with my loss. It sucks watching other people's pregnancies go by while you're trying. I haven't been TTC nearly as long as some, but I had an easy time conceiving my boys and carrying to term and I guess I assumed it would be easy for #3. :-/

This used to get under my skin. I hated feeling that way but it took us 11mo to conceive! Literally over those months, 12 people got pregnant! It was so hard feigning happiness for them, even though some had struggled just as much as I. Hang there!

Ash, no...we weren't swaying. I actually hadn't even heard about swaying until I convinced my DH to try for baby #3, and then found this site. However, I do think that I unintentionally do sway pink. I eat mostly vegetarian (but do eat some chicken and fish), I always have eaten under 1,800 calories (so LE diet sort of), and love acidic things like coffee, diet cokes and wine. I also know that timing doesn't sway, but both DD's were 0-3 and O-2 BD times. I'm planning to do pretty much the same this time around.
Erin, I feel the SAME way exactly! I never would have thought that it would take this long given that it was so easy with DD's. My sister in law just announced that she is pregnant with her third girl. I don't particularly care for her, so it's stings that much more.

So my HGC levels are:
14dpo - 107
16dpo - 198
So almost double. They wanted another draw today or tomorrow morning (because of the weekend), but I am getting another one done tomorrow evening to keep it at 48 hours. I am scheduling and u/s for the 20th. That puts me at 6w and we should have a good answer by that point. Of course I am advised that if I get any pelvic pain I am to head straight to the ER. This limbo is horrible, but I will be happy if this ends up viable.

We do coffee as a sway tactic here. The other sight says no because of worries of calcium leaching from your bones, but we're having good results with full caffeine coffee as a tactic. I aimed for 3 or more cups a day.

Thanks Erin, XX & Maxim! Glad I'm not alone! I just thought ttc#3 would be easy as well! I think I have a natural girl diet too...vegetarian since I was 13, drink caffeine daily and don't eat a lot in general. I love potatoes though...so I cut that & all boy friendly foods out last June, but It sounds like the potatoes are pretty insignificant haha.
Ash-I'm swaying pink too. I think I unintentionally may have swayed boy in the past with some other factors though...such as preseed, soy isoflavones & fertileCM. I'm glad I found this site...I had to change the way I was thinking about ttc a girl. I thought caffeine was a no-no too, but good results reported here.

I've glanced at the in gender site but I liked this one much better! I usually just google if I want something to eat lol "can I have this on girl sway" I need to study the diet list a bit better it seems but I have been doing good at keeping fat around 30% protein no more than 50 and under 1500 cals and I've still been gaining! No much but it teeters back and forth. I'd say if i get a bfp this month my sway won't be as strong as it could be I guess only time will tell.

Ashfind, have you read the links in Atomic's signature like the LE diet in a nutshell, the trouble with timing, and the one on exercise? That will start you off.
