BBB still around ;). Just on cd 4 so nothing to share with me. I will be doing more attempts this cycle, kinda. Going for every 3-4 days vs the one attempt. I think I keep missing it or nothing is sticking. So thinking cd 8, then 11, and then 14 should cover my bases and not sway too heavy blue. Id like a girl, but after a chemical and then 4 more negatives I'd like to see a positive.

Hey everyone, haven't checked in for a while (went away for a lovely romantic break with DP - log cabin in the woods, surrounded by snow with a log fire and a hot tub, absolute heaven!). Now back to work and reality and catching up with my online admin!

Hope everyone is doing well and that loads of BFPs have popped up in the last week or so while I've been gone (I will work my way back through the threads to try and catch up!)

As for me, I'm 16 dpo (with normally a 14 day LP!) and starting to wonder if I even ovulated at all. I FELT like I did (+ve OPK, really crampy on suspected O day) but hardly had any CM, temps were a bit whacky, and I'm still getting BFNs but AF not reared her ugly head yet. I don't feel pg and BBT is almost at CL so I'm sure she's going to appear any minute, just wish she wasn't messing me about!

So I have somewhat of an update.. I saw my OBGYN today. She wants me to start taking baby asprin every day and she did bloodwork to check my thyroid, liver, and kidneys. She said whenever I get my BFP, I need to come straight in and get more bloodwork and shes going to give me progesterone. She agreed to giving me an early ultrasound as well! She also said if I don't get my BFP, shes going to start closely monitoring my femara cycles. So overall, im feeling hopeful! I am either 5,6, or 7 dpo today. We've been trying for almost 2 years now.. so 2 years and 2 miscarriages later, im finally seeing some progress with my dr.

I hope to see a lot of BFP this month & I pray for all of you all the time!!!

Have you had bw done to check progesterone levels 7-9dpo to confirm you're oing? Might be worthwhile making an appt with your gp and asking for some bw to be run. If you can get in the next day or so you might also be able to get some cd3 tests run for lh, fsh & amh if there's a blood collection that's open up until xmas eve and af arrives by tomorrow that is... Otherwise still might be worth getting an appt and having the bw requests ready in case af doesn't arrive until xmas time'ish? I've been watching your chart and even though your post o temps arent as high as last cycle you did show a nice pre o dip so o definately could have happened. But maybe you also geared up to o but didn't [emoji848]

Mtolbert that's fantastic news that you obgyn is being proactive!! Is she having you start aspirin now before waiting to see if you get a bfp though??!! Had she previously run tests on your blood for clotting etc? Also by monitoring your femara cycles does that mean you'll be getting u/s to moitor ovulation?! How awesome!!

It's pinkish watery discharge. Mostly when I wipe but my AF left CD 7. Then cd10 that started. It's just different for me bc when AF is over.. It's over for me until next cycle. I don't get break through spotting.

Yep I never did either until after my losses. And same! Af would fully finish and then 2-3 days later the spotting would start with watery cm. I was sure it meant something was wrong but my ob assured me it was fine at the time. I don't recall seeing it though any later than cd12 [emoji848] so hopefully its coming to an end for you :)

No I've not seen my GP about anything. To be honest, as it's only 3 months since they took my coil out I doubt they'd do anything other than tell me to wait and see, I know the NHS isn't keen to step in before 12 months unsuccessful TTC :/ So I'm pretty much just gonna worry to myself (and you guys <3)

Thanks for asking! Nope we didn't attempt. [emoji44][emoji51] Ugh! He wasn't "up to it". I'm going to edit my FF. I feel like this isn't our month. I'm disappointed. My LE diet was a complete fail.
I forgot my opk for work today and yesterday it fell apart.

I am really struggling now to get back on LE again after this m/c.... I was over the fat limit today and I'm having a harder time not snacking. I was so excited w/ this last BFP thinking I was DONE. And exercise is really a struggle right now too - I took two complete weeks off after BFP and I'm now trying to ease back in but it's hard. I have a nasty cold and my bleeding is just now about done so I'm trying to be easy on myself on that one but I've yet to get a full 60 minutes in still. And with the holidays the next two weeks are going to be a challenge. Sigh - oh well I guess.

Hannah - Yup it's not easy :( I've had a bigger appetite the last week or so and I'm wondering if it's b/c of the m/c. I also think the fact that I had not been strict on it during that 1-2 weeks after BFP (when I was still pregnant) has thrown off my willpower now. And the dang holidays of course :) :) Hoping I can at least get back on track completely by Jan 1 so that I have a few weeks before our next attempt.

Noemi and girlswaylondon remember that ff is a computer program and works on algorithms. It will often allocate crosshairs in the wrong spot and go on to move them as more data (temps) is received.

Noemi I believe you to be no more than 2dpo based on you temps.

Girlswaylondon you are 1dpo I am 1000% positive you are not 3dpo.

I believe you both have a 1-o attempt and should be very excited timing wise.

Also girlswaylondon drop vaginal temping as it will just cause stress seeing the difference in oral to vaginal temping. Continue orally for this cycle. If there is a next cylcle, switch to vaginal then [emoji4]

GirlswayHGmama you're only 12dpo so it may be a few days until you see a pos opk. Keep testing at least once a day. If you happen to miss the 1pm one then just do an evening one instead like you have [emoji108] You're still in with a shot this cycle! Maybe at pos opk dont tell dh about it? Just act like its a normal day and initiate things that night? Take matters into your own hands so to speak [emoji6]

Well, I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. My period is “predicted” at six or less days away. Obviously there is no concrete proof I’m not pregnant until I don’t get a period. Would you say my chances are slim if I’m testing negative six days out?

And the bd last night was at midnight, so almost on cd8 instead of cd7... I think I'm too scared to add another attempt [emoji30] at the moment I think I will make sure there are two full days between attempts, even though that could mean hubby doesn't want to bd unprotected...

Besides skipping breakfast and of course I live on coffee haha, I've kinda blown any diet and have totally slacked on my work outs...maybe once a week. So many cookies!! Damn you holidays haha. It is what it is. I didn't sway last time and I had a girl. With my son, looking back I seemed to sway blue....lots of bd and we used preseed, no coffee at that point ha.

I honestly just drink mine black. I know that doesn't work for a lot of people. It has zero calories and it just seems easier. But, if I do add something, I only add the tiniest bit of almond milk and stay away for sugar and the creamers (the calories tend to add up quickly for me). I think iced or hot doesn't really matter one way or the other. Coffee is supposed to sway pink, from what I've gathered.

I would probably opt for one attempt at pos opk instead this cycle if you're wanting to do your best mini sway in the shortest circumstances.

Coffee is fine however you have it. Most just do the dash of milk to keep calories below a 'snack' amount (anything above 18 calories from memory) I loved my cafe flat whites far too much so I would make my coffee a meal usually around mid morning, always a skinny though to limit calories but the downside was they were high in protein [emoji23]. Rephesh can really drop conception odds but if you are wanting to use it then maybe do so a few hours prior to bding? Alternatively you could try a j&d after 5 minutes instead? Other old sway unproven tactics you could try is hot shower/bath for both you and dh prior to bding, antihistamine to dry up cm (although I'm pretty sure I've read awhile ago Atomic has stopped using this as it hasn't proved to make much if any difference).

What I would do if I was you is create your own thread under the ttc a girl forum asking for last minute, old school tactics you can try? Atomic will see it and respond over the next day or two. She doesn't monitor these support threads, something may catch her eye on a rare occasion but it's just far too much for her to keep up with so anytime you want her to answer you directly always create a new thread under the related forum [emoji4]

Really curious what my body is doing this first cycle off of birth control. I've been searching for the CM- been barely having any at all. They'll become regular but yep I'd expect the unexpected this first cycle [emoji23] Conceiving in the first few cycles after stopping BC is another pink sway tactic in itself so you also have that on your side! If you want to bd to have dh releasing every few days I'd use protection and then drop it for one attempt at pos opk. There's a theory (scientifically proven apparently) that people who bd regularly (I'm guessing regularly means 2-3 days/wk) on average conceive far more quickly than those that bd irregularly or once a week/fortnight kinda thing (again I dont know the exact details, thats just my interpretation of less). They believe it has to do with the female body becoming 'used' to having sperm in the body and therefore our bodies dont seek out and destroy the sperm 'invaders' as much as those who dtd less. So by using protection for your attempts that dont count you're keeping your body more hostile. This would just be for the first few cycles though (so any pink swayers who have already been ttc this isn't directed at you). By then you'd move onto e4d of unprotected attempts so you are still having just one attempt but your body may become more receptive to conceiving. Up to you which way you go, just thought I'd throw that out there [emoji4]

Otherwise I would say by morning it definately should be. As for whether to add attempts or not, gosh what a decision [emoji46] how do you even begin to decide when like you said you're so close to getting your girl.... but to save $20k...... In my mind I'm thinking, well this is you giving it your last natural shot at your girl, you'd still have clomid in your system and you now have one attempt in the bag. Sometimes not trying too hard seems to work better than trying our best (go figure [emoji12]) I would definately follow up with another attempt 72 hours after the last though to cover yourself in case you get a long slow surge and don't o for another 2-3 days. But on the other hand if you are not satisfied with your diet atm and you will get clomid next month, you would always wonder if it would have been better to wait if you had an attempt this month and got pregnant with a boy... Really difficult... I guess it's just a matter of how much you want a girl compared to how much you want to get pregnant...

Maybe you could try something really crazy with very low odds of coneption like hole in a condom method or something like that... But if you're not ready after last month then you are not ready of course and I wish you all the best for the next cycle! :-)

I had a party last night and a few drinks! I’ve learned not to restrict myself until I get a postitive! Drink till it’s pink right?!

Also does anyone notice sore boobs every cycle 1-2 days after O? I’ve noticed since tracking I get it without fail until Af! I’ve learned not to think it’s a pregnancy symptom!

Wow star now that is what I would call an implantation dip [emoji50] it seems a bit dramatic for an af coming drop and falling below coverline like that can be really promising.... however I'm not sure whether this is your norm or not as haven't seen previous cycle [emoji848] if it is implantation then you should see a faint line maybe tomorrow morning but surely by the next (on an frer)

I actually think there's two cycles ff may have allocated your crosshairs two days early - Oct and Nov and that you may have oed closer to the 48 hour period after pos opk.... it also looks like a sharp dip between 9-11dpo is quite normal for you so in that case I think we could rule out seeing your dive in temp as an 'implantation dip'. It could still happen of course but I wouldn't rely on it as being a good sign of things to come. Clomid can increase your lp so I'd not be shocked to see your lp increase up to possibly 14 days. It may not affect it but better forewarned that assuming af is late [emoji4]

Atomic and I talked about my plan with Clomid... and we agree that it was no wonder why I didn't get pregnant before, bc timing was off.. I was trying to follow the shettles method to sway girl... Ok sounds a good plan! So is your e4d what I call e3d? Eg. Cd6, 9, 12 etc or is it cd6, 10, 14 etc?

In regards to taking the clomid as far as I knew the earlier you start taking it the more chance you have of more than one egg releasing? Not sure how true that is though. I only ever took it cd3-7 as per my obs advice but mc the only cycle I conceived on it. The baby I'm pregnant with now was conceived the cycle followig a clomid cycle.

I don't have a fever but a very sore throat. Then I was like hopefully tomorrow the 26th I'd have a positive opk and attempt then. I did take it consideration the temp factor...so who knows.
Yes, I'm not a big drinker so limiting fluids is a yes. Since I'm a nurse, bathroom breaks are few and far between so definitely holding >2 hrs. Usually more like 6hrs so maybe that's affecting it. Looking back to last months, I never found my blazing positive either.
At least I'm documenting to track things now.

Yes 9dpo is really early but I've sen bfps on that dpo before (my own included) but its mostly such a faint line if there is one that its not believeable until 10/11dpo anyway [emoji23]

Thanks, Planning on an attempt tonight. I'm super nervous because I will always feel like I didn't do enough.
Yes, I had hypermemesis gravidum with my son. Because mine lasted past 20 weeks (until I delivered and some after intermittently), I have about a 95% chance of it happening again. I lost 22 lbs in first 18 weeks. Another reason I really don't think LE diet is doable for me. I need to keep the weight on because I already lost 25+ lbs this past year. I had one two visits to the hospital for fluids before home health was started and i got fluids at home. I had a zofran pump in my abdomen (like an insulin pump) for 15 weeks. I was apart of a support group last time. It's really scary, and I hope it's manageable this next time.

Oh wow GirlswayHGmama that's awful [emoji22] I hope so much its at least a little kinder this time around. I got caught up in a ladies blog who also had it all pregnancy and the second time was worse. Crazy to think they haven't a better solution yet! She also used a zofran pump, was on fluids via IV's and her veins ended up collapsed, multiple trips to ER etc. I think we've all heard about it (HG) but just assume its bad nausea/vomiting that passes. It is so much more than that though, mind boggling stuff!!

Girlswaylondon I like the direction your chart is starting to take and cant wait for the next few days temps!! In regards to the temp drop signalling af is likely on the way, everyone is different. You may experience a steady decline in the few days before, a sharp drop the day before or even day of af. I've also had cycles that my temp stayed elevated in the post o range until af fully finished so being your first cycle temping it could be any of the above.

Hey everyone! Nothing to report here but a huge blaring bfn this morning. My bbt steadily declining but hit the cover line today so expecting AF but no cramps today, no symptoms... nothing.
Hoping there’s better news from everyone else. [emoji120][emoji846]

I’m SUPPOSED to be getting AF today. So far she is a no show and I’m out of pregnancy tests so I’ll have to venture out into the snow to get one because it’s going to drive me crazy if I don’t test!

I am literally waiting for that to happen. I told myself as soon as I posted that it would show but so far no sign. I honestly didn’t track my temps this cycle. So if this isn’t my turn, I’m going to track next cycle so I have an idea. This was our first attempt month.

Good idea Eighme. I learnt so much from temping!! Funny thing is, my cycle went haywire this month. It’s always been about 27/28days and today was cd33!! So I really don’t know what to expect next month.
Planning to stock up on more ICs and a FRER. I got a FRRR instead, so hopefully none of you make the same mistake at the shops. [emoji5]

My cycles have gotten wonky since starting the LE diet. But I still have a ton to learn with charting and temping because I had no idea so much went into it! So if it’s not this cycle, atleast I’ll have better knowledge next month and hopefully can pin down the exact day!

Star I can see something too but I'd test again in 48 hours and there should be some progression if this is the start to your bfp. Fx fx fx!!!!!! Hopefully your temps do come back up though in the next day or so.

Filzma big hugs and may next cycle be more straightforward for you xxoo Other than multiple occasions of pos opks your temps are definately pre and post o ranges and your lp is great! Could be this cycle had delayed o due to the intense scrutiny and things will relax back to normal now that your first cycle of montioring is done [emoji4]

Sounds like your super dark pos was peak surge and you caught it receding with the second days opk so I'd probably lean towards o day being day after super dark pos but of course allow an extra day leeway when it comes to testing time [emoji3] Did you get an attempt in on the super dark one?

I have creamy cm today and I always get that 2-3 dpo. Tell tail sign for me that I've ovulated

Yay! We had an attempt last night too and then one on Saturday so I covered anything early. Plan to do another in about 2-3 days just in case. I ovulated earlier than expected so I’m glad we had the Saturday.

Just seen you use Tapatalk so to add your chart link to your Tapatalk signature do the following. My temp is dive, more like bottomed out, this morning.... Usually never that low. So as for disregarding I was thinking today's vs yesterday appropriately high for pending ovulation based on last months. Last night's opk was lighter but today's was darker again.

O-day for me today... We have an O-7 real attempt and O-2 pull out [emoji21] my opks have been fooling me this month. They looked almost positive 3 days after the real attempt so that I got my hopes high, but only turned positive yesterday. And hubby is fooling me as well. I thought he would go for on O-2 again, but then he wanted to pull out [emoji22] hoping for more commitment next month...

I visit my doctor in January and she said if im not pregnant she would recommend me visit some fertility clinic coz till age 39 you have treatments free (in Czech republic)and i will be 38 in April:)we are not swaying for long time and also husband started to smoke and finished to play football so maybe it wants just time...we will see

I got a BLAZING positive this morning (11am) in addition to a solid positive yesterday early test. All day I have had left ovary pain. I have had ovarian cysts in the past, every once in awhile, but dang... this one is really uncomfortable. Maybe that explains my delayed ovulation.

Looks like Tuesday night's attempt will be my one attempt. Honestly couldn't even try an attempt tonight at +opk.

I've already decided that I'll test Monday January 8 unless my body goes crazy. I already have wondfos. I know I won't be too upset if this cycle is unsuccessful because we have a trip the end of January- and due to HG I might be completely out of commission and that would suck.

Really wasn’t gonna test today but had a first response glaring at me and BFN of course!! Annoyed with myself said I wouldn’t test early this month!

Boobs still sore but guessing that’s just the norm for me in my luteal phase, also tmi but feeling wet down there instead of dry but that’s about it!
